    Although, at present, this concerns women seeking abortion or people seeking transgender care it have broader health care implications. Do you really want a prospective employer seeking out previous health interventions you may have had? Will anyone be able to access not just mental health records but psychologists or counselling

    I'm glad that we have this second thread on this issue at least a couple of days after the first one.

    Maybe the air conditioning broke? Sometimes you can get a better deal on services across state lines

    Anyone that supports State sanctioned and state-sponsored medicine doesn't think that your healthcare decisions should just be between you and your doctor.

    WE a have a UHC - have had for decades and I know this was some time back but THIS case upended abortion restrictions in my state

    although the police initially seized the records they could not use them as they were deemed private and confidential.

    In fact the whole Aus Government is pretty gung ho about privacy and confidentiality

    If you're an adult and the decision does not impact the body of any human other than you, and does not affect a child.
