I know its unlikely that hoplophobes would seek to understand the problems with gun control ...but I'm an optimist, and maybe this will sway one or two. The salient points- -every firearm is 'a weapon of war' -modern military firearms were adopted by the military for the same reasons that civilians need them -the govt wants to limit civilians to weapons that are more difficult to use -gun control advocates don't actually know anything about the firearms they seek to 'control'
that is because gun control advocates arrive at their position based on a political agenda. people who they think vote against abortion rights, the gender confusion agenda, welfare socialism and other leftwing goals, are seen as gun owners and gun control is retaliation for these voting patterns. Knowing about guns is not needed to adopt such a position
I would disagree in principle, but I have to admit, its definitely not safe to arm anyone who wants you disarmed...
politicians' bodyguards and security should be limited to the weaponry those politicians allow their constituents to freely own
