Has no one else seen the documentaries that contend the Temple was actually located below The Dome of the Rock, in the City of David??

There is a lot of archeological and scriptural evidence to support this view.

Not only that, but there is an equal amount of evidence to suggest that the Dome of the Rock is actually constructed atop of what was the Roman garrison.

If these things are true, and I think they may be, there would be no impediment to rebuilding the Temple.

The best theories that I saw so far on where the central part of the Ezekiel chapter forty to forty eight temple complex would be puts it several kilometers outside Jerusalem.

 

Sure, where the Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem was located is controversial ... as some things are controversial, e.g. whether the Church of the Holy Sepulcher is also in the right place etc. ...
However, the process of rebuilding the temple is in itself anything but a new topic. When I read Christian forums, this reading is terrifying to me. We must start with basic things. What are the beasts from Revelation 13? This is Wealth (Prosperity) and religious Tradition. Antichrist is not a beast, but the image of a beast. US ordinary president, one of. Find me people who despise wealth. Find a person who is indifferent to Christian religious traditions. It is probably very difficult to find such a person in LDS or in other denominations. I would not even look there.

No need to pray that Trump will do something to build the Third Temple. More realistic ways to fulfill Ezekiel's prophecy must be sought.

 

My hope is actually in the ability of HaShem to fulfill Isaiah chapter forty five in many ways and on many levels.
