Will Putin Support Trump Again in 2020?

I know that, as does anyone with rudimentary knowledge of America and the American electorate but try telling Trumpers that

 

When the DNC colluded with Russia, Great Britain and Australia to spy on the Trump campaign, why were you silent? There was collusion, it was just Obama/Clinton and the DNC, who also rigged the elections to make Hillary the nominee.

Putin led Obama around by his nose.

 

You know and yet you can't offer a single example of a State that was switched due to Russian propaganda. You can offer plenty of invective laden accusations because the DNC has an endless supply of them for you. Russians didn't vote but there were illegals that did.

 

As we know - The FBI, CIA, NSA - are propaganda spewing liars so forgive me for taking their claims with a grain of salt.

We also know that "Russiagate" is now being used as an excuse to degrade civil liberties in this nation - to justify censorship and attack freedom of information, freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

We also know that the so called "Russian Gov't actions" - FB ads and the wiki leak - had no significant impact on our electoral process.

We also know that the above efforts to influence US citizens amount to a fraction of a rounding error relative to the actions and efforts of other foreign actors - such that this is like comparing a raindrop to a hurricane.

Putin is smarter than most of us. He knows that CHAOS is king. With every regime change we have there will be more chaos. Who knows ...perhaps he will foster collusion with the democrats. It doesn't mater if it's real collusion. Only if enough of us believe it's collusion.

The answer to the OP's question is simple. NO. LWingers ask the stupidest questions. If you as a LW conspiracy theorist belive that Putin is satisfied with the incumbent president, ask yourself what Putin's most obvious strategy for 2020 might be. Vlad can hedge his bets by backing a democratic primary candidate that he feels is either sympathetic, easy to manipulate, or just totally incompetent. That's the single "win, win" scenario Vlad has available. Vlad can't like the fact that the US economy is roaring, while the Russian economy is stagnant. Look for Vlad to back the DNCer with the most destructive economic policy. If Putin can't get relief from sanctions, the next best option is to wreck his enemy's economy in retaliation. If Putin's intent on meddling, he's meddling now, and he's promoting his favorite demo-commie.

Very few if any liberals or progressives follow any form of Marxism nowadays. Hell, MARX once said "One thing I know I am not, and that is a Marxist" in his latter years, and that was about an even century before.
