Sundance, I admire you greatly because I know you're one of the most moral people that I know of because for example if you had a time machine you would go back in time and stop Muhamed from raping poor little Aisha. Sane Centrist probably wouldn't. You care about people more than most.

First, I realize that I'm probably the most vocal in this forum about negative attitudes towards Muslims, and how in the long run that hurts all of us. I realize that many of my threads could be misconstrued as some type or "war cry" to beg everyone in the world to love all Muslims The way Sundance keeps implying.............I assure you they are not. I put up with Sundance because he always puts smiley faces after every comment, and I love Robert Redford.

Please never make the mistake of misreading my loyalty to our country or it's people just because of all the threads I create regarding Muslims. At the risk of sounding insanely corny here I bleed red, white & blue - so much so that I've taken a lot of heat for it by many who aren't particularly in love with this country even though they were born & raised here.

No, not from Muslims in case you were wondering. You want irony, I find them to be more patriotic than most blacks I know..............and that's the God's honest truth.

Second, you asked me if I asked the same questions of Muslims who attacked Brussels, and I answered that you know I did. What I really meant by that was: "you should know that I'm very upset about what they did" but in my haste it came out all wrong, so for that I apologize.

I even apologize for the harsh words towards the end of my post but you have to understand that I take it on the chin a lot in here because of my pro-Muslim positions (which I'm fine with & accept) and my thick, NJ skin usually does a really good job of not letting any of it get to me.

But when my loyalty is questioned, or when insinuations are made that I might side with Muslim terrorist's over the rest of the world, I get a little crazy................and that's probably putting it mildly. My Sicilian blood mixes with the German, Scottish & Moroccan bloods, and I can't even see straight I get so freaking crazy.

So I'll make a deal with you, you don't ask me asinine questions like that in the future, and I won't get so revved up.

I'm happy to converse politics, religion, and many other subjects all day & all night, but I draw the line when I feel like I'm being accused of being a sympathizer with these animals that commit these despicable acts, or when people make stupid comments like: "tell your Muslim friends this" or "did you ask your Muslim friends that".

There's no need for that type of immaturity in here, and I take great offense when people make the insinuations that I could possibly know what's in the mind of a terrorist. Yes, I have dozens of, if not hundreds of Muslim friends but they all think, act & behave like me, and they fiercely love this country..................where they were born & raised.

Regarding this thread, why I created it, and how the Brussels thing ties into to it............

In my opinion they're two totally separate issues. People over here "are" doing despicable things to young women that wear hijabs, and it's very troubling for me to see & read the stories which seem to be piling up everyday.

Most of the time when I create these threads I usually include the caveat that there's probably some maniac plotting something while I'm typing these words, and that the next attack is more than likely around the corner, but that shouldn't affect or deter from the topic at hand.

I started this thread a good while before this latest tragedy, and sure enough just when this thread was dying down - people are back in here but this time piling all over me looking for me to answer questions that either, I can't answer, or shouldn't be asked as they don't relate to this topic or this thread what-so-ever.

I'm ok being the Muslim Pied-Piper in here, and taking heat from time to time for it. I'm not a fool, and I know how negatively most people all over the world view them these days, especially when these events happen.

But my logic is.............somebody has to, so I've chosen me to be that person. So ask me anything you want, and feel free to say whatever it is that you have to say, but never accuse me of turning a blinds eye to these animals or being in league with them, or being more upset with people that taunt or assault Muslims than terrorists that blow people up.
