It's Christmas eve and while I'm not a Christian I still celebate the holiday that was historically based upon the Winter Solstice. I'm never offended when someone wishes me a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, or other salutation based upon their religious or personal beliefs at this time of year. To each their own as people have been celebrating at this time of year throughout recorded history for numberous different reasons. The days will slowing get longer leading all of us into the beauty of spring and summer. All of us share in that beauty and we can all celebrate that together. So to everyone here at Political Forum, regardless of political or religious beliefs, I just wanted to send my best wishes for your health, happiness, and properity in the coming year. May peace be with you all and may your find that peace in your own manner.
