    No I don't what driving into a crowd for the fun of it would have any bearing on the crime. It certainly wouldn't be a point a lawyer would bring to the case unless they are the prosecutor.

    If they are not committing the crimes, no way. Their cause is going to be hurt if they don't separate themselves from the ones that are committing crimes.
