Assume I do not know the answer and explain to me why a man looking down a woman's shirt is not offensive to any women. Explain why women would want to encourage men to look at their breasts.

After those, explain why some women might find men looking at their breasts to be offensive. Please give details of why and whom, if you believe certain men and certain women are fine with it.

Whoever says that gender differences don’t exist? But you act as though it’s genetic. It is socialization from birth on when we dress little girls in pink and don’t dare dress little boys in pink. When we tell a little boy who screams because he is scared that that is bad because girls do that etc. Women seem more vicious to you because the bar is much higher for a woman. In my workshop I pretend that I fall down drunk and cursing. Then I pretend that I am my husband doing the same thing. I asked them who looked worse and they always said I did. A woman cursing is always perceived as crasser than a man cursing..it’s all socialization.

Well no one cares what you want to see, you're free to avoid public spaces or wear a blindfold. The only way exposed breasts can lead to sexual assault is if people are unable to control themselves at the site of boobs, which is the foundational principle of the requirement for the burka/hijab in Shariah Law- men cant control sexual urges so women must be entirely covered. When you go to topless beaches, such as South Beach at Miami Florida, you expect all the women to show boobs. But they do not. Nor do they turn to face you so you get a good look. They do what other women do, ordinary things.

I saw a topless girl laying boobs up at South Lake Tahoe when me and my girlfriend settled onto the beach for some rays. I took a quick peek and of course kept my eyes on my own girlfriend. I did not plan to have black eyes.

Again you are wrong, as are the 'specialists' who trained you. It is not entirely and nor evenly mainly socialization. Gender differences are genetic to the extent that they affect personality and perceptions of the world around one. Females are different from males in tastes and perceptions and range of reactions, and that's true regardless of training. Specialists refusing to accept that are crippling themselves as therapists/helpers and harming their patients/clients.

On the other hand the differences between the genders are not so vast that your round hole and square peg therapy/training routines won't work after a fashion. It's just that they don't work like they should, and that's because they rest on a base of false assumptions. So no doubt you get results as you struggle either to feminize men or turn women more masculine or perhaps do a little of both.

Yes, I know that. But she is playing the role of a woman who is offended because a man looks at her breasts when she is showing them off. A woman would look at them too. We are not used to seeing that kind of display by a mother at the child's school. If you dress like that in certain places, people are going to stare. At the beach, pool, and so on, okay, but in the city, in a professional setting, at school, it's just not typical and is a distraction.
