    Vietnam's 20 per cent tariffs on refined petroleum cut.

    MANUFACTURING: Tariffs cut on iron and steel products exported to Canada.

    Travel agencies, tour operators get guaranteed access in Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Japan, Mexico and Peru;

    Negotiators for the 12 member countries of the Trans-Pacific Partnership struck a tentative (not certain or fixed) deal in Atlanta early Monday morning that will eliminate or sharply reduce most tariffs in a region spanning roughly 40 per cent of the global economy. China, the world’s second-largest economy, is not part of the agreement.

    You know, for someone who frequents political forums, I have a very weak understanding of politics. It's almost as though I have no grasp on it at all.
