    The one in 2020 WAS STILL under Trump's watch and the one in 2023 was under Biden.

    Be realistic. Russia is allowed to arrest Americans. It's after they have recieved their trial that we can start to dispute what is going on.

    The one arrested in 2020 had not recieved a trial yet. He was just arrested.
