    Many must know of the Aral Lake. The Soviets under Stalin decided the water should be used by farmers to obtain more cotton. So they commenced sucking the lake dry.
    There are boats on the former lake bed.
    Good news is it is now being reversed. Thank god for Biden. :roflol::roflol:

    (Seriously, Russia itself is trying to do something about that situation. It's rather worse than our own Salton Sea and worse still, similar dynamics might be affecting the Caspian, which would have worldwide effects.

    The Salton Sea is man made and man's mistake. They need to leave it alone.

    Every time progressives fiddle with nature, it always destroys things. Democrats just don't ever seem to be sensitive to this. It's like they are determined to destroy the world around them.
