I have no problem admitting that I was wrong.

    You believe that Trump lost.

But do you realize the contradiction you have to assume?

Believing Trump is lying and continuing to support him as you do is totally illogical.

You must have missed it. He held the rally that led to the Capitol break-in and riot.

Quote me saying I support Trump for something, why do you keep making these fallacious statements, I'd like nothing more that for him to retire and go away. GOT IT NOW.

No...he said he'd do that, but then chickened out and went to the White House to watch it on TV.

Once again you are trapped in a world of rules. You would obey any rule no matter how self-destructive it is to you or the planet. People are not robots who are slaves to rules at all costs. Nor are they suicidal maniacs as you imply. A crazy president I.E. Trump would not be able to launch Nuclear weapons at a country just because he was a mad at something someone said. You believe in rules to the point of insane suicide. The fact is a crazy president under the circumstances I have mention would be forced to halt under a chain of command who unlike you would be sane rational and life preserving.

Do you believe the law and Constitution? It's not what YOU or I think. It is the LAW and the CONSTITUTION. You don't like it then get an Amendment and the law changed as I showed that the Democrats are trying to do with Biden to limit his total control over a nuclear launch. If you can't deal with the subject, if you can't deal with the facts then don't respond with your personal attacks.

Again the LAW and the CONSTITUTION.

The President and Nuclear Weapons: Authorities, Limits, and Process

May Congress Limit or Prohibit Use of Nuclear Weapons?

Currently, no statute limits or regulates the president’s authority to use nuclear weapons. Bills on the subject have been introduced and debated over the decades, however,42 and congressional interest has increased recently.43 Like questions about authorization, the extent of Congress’s authority to pass such a statute is controversial, although Congress certainly has some power to affect the president’s decision-making in this area if it chooses to act.

Read your own links. It says there is nothing SPECIFICALLY related to nuclear weapons that would prevent the President from a first strike with nuclear weapons. That's true. There is, however the War Powers Act, which prevents ANY initial aggression against another nation.

Really? I've been hearing he led the raid on the Capitol and then launched a first strike on China 'cause Congress escaped unharmed................except for AOC getting raped or something.

No General would ever follow a crazy president into nuclear war without good cause. If a crazy president decided to launch nuclear weapons purely on a whim the chain of command would not commit crazy genocide/suicide. But you say otherwise. Thank god you're not in charge.

I explained this to you once. The War Powers Act does not specifically mention nuclear weapons. It simply excludes unprovoked initial hostile attacks. Launching a nuclear war would be considered a "hostile act."

No patriotic American would blame Trump for the actions of a mob just like no one on the left takes responsibility for the death and destruction caused all over the country by left wing lunatics.

I condemn all violence and destruction by anyone left or right. Trump incited the Capitol break-in, by asking the crowd to demand Pence break U.S. law and the Constitution. IF it can be proven that he was aware of a planned break-in PRIOR to its occurrence, he becomes a co-conspirator and may be prosecuted as such.

Well, that is certainly a lie because the only way you can prove that is to make up the usual false left wing narratives like the Russia hoax.
