Would Mitt Romney as President in 2016 inspire Iran to scrap nuclear weapon plans?

I'm not sure why they would be afraid of one president but not a different president. Romney isn't going to be able to do anything Obama can't. They can both saber rattle but both are smart enough to realize that outright war with Iran is a bad idea for the region, for the world, and mostly for us. Not that we couldn't win the straight up military battle part, but what do we do afterwards after we've destabilized the region and sent Russia and China into a tizzy? We sit back and reflect on the damage we've wrought, the chaos we've caused for the world and ourselves, and then we spend another 15 years trying to clean up after a war crazy president.

 

I may be wrong….. but I believe that Israel would probably feel more free to act…… if a Republican such as Mitt was President?!

The Obama is trying to give a path to nukes to the people that wanna wipe Israel (the little Satan) off the map. He, being a total race baiting Jew hater, would love to see this. He wouldn't mind a few US city's getting nuked either. They are just populated with evil, racist, greedy, white people and wouldn't be missed by him.

When you actually come up with a credible source to demonstrate that he built a workable nuclear bomb it will be possible to take this all seriously. And any country can build a nuclear weapon from a technical standpoint. The issue is availability of enriched uranium and a delivery system.

And no country or scientist has been able to build a working fusion reactor.

High level officials in America agree with that famous line uttered by Jack Nicholson in "A Few Good Men."

What Saddam had in the past has been established beyond any doubt. Nada, nada, nada. And if Iran has actually developed any nuclear weapon it would be hard to understand why neither the US or Isreal has any evidence.

He became hysterical hyping the fraudulent pretexts that led to Bush's Iraq fiasco, and has been whining about Iran's imminent acquisition of naughty bits for decades. I personally loved the film "An Inconvenient Truth." I have watched it four or five times at least. It played a huge role in my deciding to join a political party that takes climate change very seriously.

Largely due to his film I actually put in two submissions for The Virgin Earth Challenge.

I do have one criticism for his film though..... the diplomacy quotient was extremely low and America is more divided than ever partly because of the flavor of his film.

D. is correct that an alien life form may have evolved thousands or even millions of years before homo sapiens became technologically advanced…….. and if…… aliens may perhaps have played a role in human evolution or in our history……. then there is a possible connection between the UFO phenomena with religion. As a matter of fact The Book of Enoch that was a part of the Christian canon for five centuries may well be talking about a species of alien when they use the term Watcher or son of G-d.

If…….. intelligent aliens do have UFO technology….. then the Middle East crisis begins to look at least a little bit more hopeful.

It is interesting that many articles online talk about large generators being brought to the TEmple Mount from Jordan on January 25, 26, 2011 and one of the largest UFO sightings was over the TEmple Mount on January 28, 2011. This is at the minimum rather interesting……….. but it even has the potential to inspire a segment of the population to become less aggressive……..because no intelligent person would advocate for our armies to take on an advanced alien species that has devices that make our most high tech weapons look like spears and clubs.
