Would your country be better if it was a "Buddhist-free zone"?

If it didn't say a Muslim gets the 72 virgins then fewer people would die, fewer would follow it. If it said "don't engage in holy war" then way fewer people would be killed. So the belief/teaching can be devastating.

I'm afraid my friend that it is indeed all of those, as these verses point out the hatred towards those people that are different (regarding going to heaven/hell), and for example since Hindus don't get into heaven then heaven is largely an east-Indian-free zone - yes a very racist place:
John 14:6: Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"
Acts 4:12, 2 Thessalonians 1:1-10, John 3:18, John 10:27-28, Matthew 10:32, Luke 12:8, John 5:2, John 3:36, John 6:47, Acts 16:31, Romans 10:9, Revelation 19:20, 20:10,14-15, 21:8, John 15:6: Jesus said “Unless a person remains united with me, he is thrown away like a branch and dries up. Such branches are gathered and thrown into the fire, where they are burned up."

I think we can agree that if Jesus was a caring person that he would have said "yes, ethical Buddhists get into heaven" - I would have, because I care about humanity, but Jesus cares far less.

"I believe that I am so special that god is talking to me and giving me stone tablets with 10 Commandments on them on this mountain!!".....YEAH, belief can create incredible amounts of harm.

This verse, that Jesus couldn't find (in 2000 years) the moral courage to condemn leads to hatred towards women, of course: "As in all the congregations of the saints, women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church” First Corinthians 14:33–35 (ESV).

The belief of hatred is of course a bad thing, so Jesus's book is a bad thing, of course.

You are more correct than he is, I believe. I like your stand for freedom (of speech.)
