I'm skeptical that the Republicans can reform themselves along Globalist vs Nationalist lines. All the money is with the globalists. It would be difficult to compete when all the money that used to be split between both parties go to one, and unless you have a self funding billionaire, you end up financing your campaign with pot luck dinners.

I never said Trump didn't have a chance. I think he will fade as his persona which is attracting lots of support probably will end up grating on a lot of folks. Off the bat I think you have the big three or first tier consisting of Bush, Rubio and Walker which have the best chance, then the second tier of Kasich, Trump and Cruz which stand an outside chance and the rest has little to none to win the nomination.

I know Trump is out in front, but there still is 5 months to go before Iowa and New Hampshire. That is a lot of time and perhaps the media will get tired of having Trump 24/7 on TV. Perhaps the public at large will get tired of seeing him 24/7 and then the rest will start to get some exposure. I do not think exposure is importing to the big three, but it is to the rest. I think the true conservatives will come home to Cruz and some of the social to Huckabee and Santorum, I may have left some out.

But this is all supposition on my part, no one can tell the future. Trump is so unique he does not fall into the norms of a political nomination process. so we shall see.
