WTF is wrong with George Lucas?

    I might have bought the blu-ray HD edition of the Star Wars flicks if George Lucas had not tinkered with them again. I'm not a fanboy or anything, but I liked the original movies. It aggravates me that George Lucas keeps changing little things here and there to the detriment of the original's quality. This "Nooooooo" sequence is almost as bad as having Greedo shoot first.

    I HAVE the original on VHS...wonder how much trouble I'd be in burning them to DVD...:twisted::twisted:

    Yes, I think Lucas should stop tinkering. I think he should have allowed someone else like Tim Zahn to write the screen plays for the new 3. He should have hired a better caster as well. Manikin Skywalker was enough to drive me crazy.

    I've tried watching "The Phantom Menace" a couple times, and I can never get through it. It's horrible, and that kid was a big cause for that.
