Howdy What about if you knew for sure the end of the world is coming? What would you do? Me, I'd most probably declare war on God (or whoever planned the damned thing) and try to prevent it.
Maybe I'm confused over the premises. If I knew for sure that the end of the world is coming, how could I even try to prevent it? Similar with preparation, is this some end-of-the-world in which a bunker might save you?
Your survey is silly. The world ends every minute for thousands of people and hardly any of them do anything on your survey. If you found out that you had a terminal disease what would you do?
I read the OP as an amusing tongue-in-cheek thread about the end of the world, not about terminal diseases?
I know what you mean but that's not what I mean. Perhaps you think it is impossible for civilization to collapse due to a nuclear war, a plague or a natural disaster? I don't think so. Probably linger and die.
Well, the answer is not the big problem, it makes me think that I haven't understood the question to begin with. Your answers are more likely to be a reflection of how people interpret the question than any insight into how people would actually act in a catastrophe. But maybe that's what you were going for.
I would wonder if 'the end of the world' was the same as 'the end of the current system of things'. What were/ some of those things? Corruption, abuse, slander, cover ups, etc... The end of these things might appear as if 'the end of the world' was occurring. 'Run for your lives!!! The End Of The World!!!'
There are popular terms: the developed (first) world, the developing (second) world, the third world... Apart from that there is Disney world and some other worlds too. What do these say to you?
Bank loan is a good idea. Hadn't thought of that one. I would use some of the money to try and prevent it if possible. But I would also 'prep' for myself and loved ones. I would also try to have as much fun as I could in the process
