I've never faced someone trying to kill me as i don't have that many enemys..

I've travelled quite a lot and lived in both mainland Europe and Australia.

When i as younger , part of my job role involved hunting as i worked for a large country estate. I shot virtually everyday for around 2 years but never at anything large.

    I'll be 50 in 2 years time.

My opinions are very common where i live.

Our police are not armed becuase we are not armed - Being armed for "protection" means nothing positive where i come from.

Where i come from, guns are used by stupid people and cowards - That doesn't mean that americans are stupid or cowards for owning guns, I'm just trying to show that owning guns means different things in different places.

Often times, the people trying to kill you are unknown, they want to rob you, and do not want you to be able to testify against them in court, so they attempt homicide.

Actually Australians have limited freedom of speech and can only spew their nonsense carefree on the internet. Their oppressive government doesn't allow them nearly the same freedoms we are allowed.

    http://www.findlaw.com.au/articles/4529/do-we-have-the-right-to-freedom-of-speech-in-austr.aspx

It isn't like Australia is problem free, so I find hard to imagine why on Earth their citizens feel the need to preach to Americans about things that are clearly none of their business...

Sorry but thinking like that is what you see in xbox games....not in real life. That's just ludicrous.

I thought White Flight was the new racism. Now it's ok?

Not all of us are born to run.

Still, not much difference before and after. It's not the "never had a massacre since" figure you guys keep touting.

Plenty of people have compiled with demands of violent criminals and still were killed.
Common sense that career criminals don't like witnesses.

    Yeah? Tell us about them.

Apparently your families safety isn't a good enough reason to defend them with a weapon.

I just spent $10k to get the hell out of California. Moving ain't cheap.

I wonder if he moves every time he gets mugged. Must have one hell of a resume.

Now, now, I'm sure all of the criminals (being the law-abiding types they are) complied with the confiscation as well.

Maybe where you live. If I may ask, where do you live?

I can suggest some nice vacation spots that will change your mind.

George Soros is an American citizen and has been since 1961 ergo he has the same rights as you do under the Constitution. ie the right to protest, the right to freedom of speech etc etc

no it doesn't, in 1967 (Afroyim v. Rusk, 387 U.S. 253 ) the US Supreme Court struck down most laws forbidding dual citizenship, the impact of A vs R was narrowed following a later SCOTUS decision ( Rogers v. Bellei (1971)) .. however this was repealed by Congress in 1978 . .basically the ONLY way you can lose American citizenship is to formally renounce it.

The correct answer to "why do you need an ar15." Is "why do you need to take them away" Because their is absolutely no mathematical evidence that AR15's are more dangerous than shotguns, hunting rifles, or handguns. In fact the numbers state the opposite. What they are trying to do is laugh at you and say things like "your ar15 wont stop a drone" Well to that I say the british empire laughed at us when we declared independence. Who is laughing now bastard.

Considering the level of violence demonstrated in football riots abroad, there is certainly a basis for making such an argument.

Thinking one should tuck their tails between their legs and sulk away and leave the bad neighborhoods to the thugs who terrorize it sounds like weakness to me.

No wonder Liberals can't keep law and order in their strongholds like Chicago, Paris, Stockton, Juarez, Rio, Johannesburg, or Detroit.

    Liberals---TSTL. :roflol:

    Not exactly.
The correct answer is something to effect of "Your question is invalid as my exercise of my rights is not limited by your subjective perception of my 'need.'"

THEN you ask them pr provide an argument for banning AR15s not based on fallacious appeals to emotion, ignorance and/or dishonesty.

This usually ends any meaningful conversation of the issue.

That may change, he is still a Foreigner, he will never be native born to the U.S. and as such could be deported for activities contrary to the intere of national security.

There are only four reasons a non native born citizen can have their citizenship removed under a process called Denaturalization.

    1. Falsification or Concealment of Relevant Facts during the naturalization process - even after it has been granted.

    2. Refusal to Testify Before Congress

    3. Membership in Subversive Groups within 5 years of naturalization.

    4. Dishonorable Military Discharge

Is he guilty or under investigation for any of the above?
