We have a young girl who was interviewed at CPAC who is very smart. She could end up the president.

We may not have even one poster who got insurance due to the ACA. I got an angry e mail sent to me seeking to find out why not simply repeal the ACA. Wants to know given the public hated the ACA, just how it is now a replace law the congress aims for. Should the wall get built with Mexico paying for it and what about the ACA? Who thinks penalties against the poor are worth doing to them?

When an 11 year old sounds exactly like your political campaign, it doesn't demonstrate the 11 year old's intelligence and maturity so much as it demonstrate's that your political campaign sounds like an 11 year old.

Bloody hell, 11 years old? 'very smart' doesn't even begin to describe her. She exudes astonishing intelligence, self-confidence and maturity way beyond her years.

That poor child. She reminds me of North Koreans that have been brainwashed to believe Kim is just short of a God and that theirs is paradise. But then, she clearly rehearsed what she said so maybe it was just an act.

Trust me, it wasn't rehearsed! And she certainly isn't brainwashed. 'Out of the mouths of babes and sucklings . . .'

I take it you've never had children? Or taught in school? Not rehearsed? Pulleeeeze.

I have two adult children, and I'm also astute enough to know the difference between 'spontaneity' and 'rehearsed'. when I see it.

Oh boy, sounds like FOX News is on TV in that household 24/7.

My guess: Her parents are in for a surprise when she hits the teenage years and starts rebelling. She may end up on the other side of the political spectrum once she actually starts thinking about issues instead of regurgitating talking points.

I agree, not rehearsed, but she is mimicking. As all children are wont to do.
Very cute, but it would border on obnoxious after about 10 minutes. The finger-raised body language would indicate that she would have difficulty accepting alternative views. But maybe I'm reading too much into it.

Maybe, but the alt-right have managed to convey existing power structures as under threat from oppressive main stream. It has shades of rebelliousness already in the movement, so I don't think she would rebel in a different direction.

Nope, I don't think there's any more to it than she's one smart kid who will go places. For 11 years old she's uncannily precocious and articulate - literally one in a million I'd say.

I will definitely give you precocious and articulate, so there is good potential. She will need to develop her rhetorical range and that won't happen unless her world-view is properly challenged.

Sounds like you have no problem with Mexican drug dealers and cartels flooding in to set up shop in the US, and crime syndicates proliferating. She, an 11 year old kid, seems to understand the problem.

Yeah I have a lot of problems with unchecked immigration, although I want to deal with them whilst maintaining our core values. I have a big issue with intentional ignorance and data manipulation for PC purposes, precisely because it is a direct betrayal of those values.

But here I was just making conversation about what that individual girl's development path should be.

I suppose you did not notice that her mother did not vote for Trump. The child is brilliant. But please, I do not want your head to explode so keep up demeaning her. For your own health's sake.

    You couldn't be more right!
Reminds me of this one guy on a forum I used to frequent that took a very young girl and coerced he to hold a belligerent sign while telling the crowd she had written it after reading another poster post when in truth the small child couldn't read or write English, the guy turned out to be a real pig of a child manipulator!

Sadly those people are out there :(

If any followers are "brainwashed" my picks go to the older, supposedly more intellegent ones, like Hillary followers.

I think it boils down to life experience, it could be the Stillblue has traveled a different path then most and has been exposed to this sort of manipulation first hand! It clearly does happen that is a fact!

I'd love to see Hillary Clinton introduced to this young lady. "Hillary, meet our future first woman president...". She'd have a coronary right then and there... :D

So, all arguments about which is the best course of action, how it should be costed and what the effects will be have been abandoned then? It's all been replaced with "LOOK, a cute girl said it! ZOMG!"?

Somehow I have a hard time thinking that the very best argument for a project costing tens of billions of dollars.
