We've all had those one-in-a-million coincidences, or perhaps even experiences that seem inexplicable. From odd events to the hyper strange, I find stories like this fascinating. I remember one that made a newspaper somewhere in the Midwest. A man was working in his office, 5 or 6 miles from his home, when a tornado tore through the area. He knew his home had been hit when one of his personal papers from home, flew up and stuck against his office window! He was able to verify the account because he had witnesses. He told his boss that his home had been hit and he needed to leave. I had one very strange episode that involved a coffee cup. A friend and I were attending a physics lecture. I had a very tall coffee cup that was almost full - a 20 or 24 oz cup. I had to set it on the floor and pointed it out as we got out of the car. I said to watch it when we come back. It was a big cup and I didn't want it to spill. He and I both saw the full cup of coffee. When we came back, we both forgot about the coffee cup. As we neared his home I remembered it. Oh crap! Now I have 16 ounces or more of coffee on the floor, I thought. So when we got to his place, we grabbed some rags and went to clean up the spill. We got some light, and there was the cup, but not a drop of coffee to be found anywhere. WTF?!?! To this day I can only scratch my head. We looked everywhere and there was no spilled coffee. We both saw it when we got out. And there is no way he did anything with it. I would have seen it. The only logical explanation is that he tricked me. But I don't believe that's possible. The car was just too cramped.
Just last night, I was watching an episode of Stranger Things with my wife, a TV show set in the 1980s, when the Clash song, 'Should I stay or should I go' came on as part of the show. My wife asked what year that song was from, so I grabbed my phone, an Android, and fired up the googler. I started typing the name of the song, and got 4 letters in, "s..h..o..u" and the first suggestion in the list was the wiki page for that song. Creepy.
Funny! I get variations on should or shoulder. I don't get the song title until I get to the word, stay. I've had similar things happen. Sometimes search engines get spooky. Perhaps you do a lot of music searches?
I have had so many in my life it is hard to pick one. When I first started to date my girl friends and I were on the front porch with a few boys. I had crush on one. I was doing my best Gene Harlow pose leaning back against the banister when it broke and I fell backwards towards a 4ft drop. Something pushed me in mid air back up on the porch. This is the year that things like this happened now and then up till about 1982. Haven't had but one since then and that was 9yr.s ago.
I do some music searches, but probably not any more than anyone else. I used to own and operate a small multi-track demo recording and sound reinforcement business, and also played in local bands for many years. But, I think more likely, that the explanation is one of these: 1) Since we were watching on Netflix, there is some communication between netflix and google, or 2) ...since Android is a google product, my phone was listening to us (creepy) and anticipated my search, or 3) ...since my TV is connected to the internet, there is some communication between it and google, or 4) ...since I have a app on my phone that is connected to my TV, there is some communication between it, and google. Any of the above scenarios are creepy.
LOL hubby was having prostrate problems a few years ago. So he ordered some Beta Prostrate palmetto pills. [ that stuff worked for his pee problem too ]. Every since he gets these ad's with the same kind of thing your getting. Not sure the stuff is still the same but he didn't have to get up at night and try to pee.
Walked into an elevator once and my eyes started to water. No one came out as I went in. To this day, I can't explain it. I'm careful to hold the door as I check, now.
I know fro a fact it was. If it happens to you you will know. I've had some extra supernatural but don't talk about them because nobody believes it. Except the ones there when it happens of course and they never forget it.
Once you have one you'll never question the spiritual world again. And you will always be a seeker. You are left with no doubt there is something other than just matter and space. And you can't make it happen it just comes on at times.
One was about my son. We lived in Atlanta Ga, and I got laid off at GM Plant job and didn't know when if ever we'd be called back in and no pay till 6 weeks. So I did what I never did before [ but once and she mistreated them] and let my kids go stay with their father and his wife in Florida. My son was three y.o. and had a cold no fever just a cold. After only 4 days he got really sick and was put in ICU. Missing me plus change of climate and her maybe abusing him buy not taking care of his cold. Anyway I was sitting with some friends feeling good and just got good news we would be going back to work at GM and talking about when I was going down to pick up my kids. All of a sudden I got real sick at my stomach and I heard one of my kids call for me, didn't know which one just heard a faint 'mama'. My best friend since childhood was with me. I screamed out " something is wrong with one of my kids " .And I took off past a hallway of phones and ran across the street to a Waffle House where my cousin worked. She ran up to me and said call your mother ''''''''''is in the hospital real sick. So I had my last pay check ran across street to liquor store. broke in line and screaming and crying to cash my check. He did and I ran out went to airport. A plane was leaving and no seats left right then. I said I have to get on that plane to Jacksonville my child is real sick. The man in line said she can have my ticket. Almost lost it on the plane thought would never get there. Jax Airport, got a cab to Orange Park where he was. Doctors said he had passed away at 11pm for 45 minutes and didn't know what outcome would be. That is exactly when he called for me. He was sick fro awhile but nothing permanent. My cousin worked 3 to11 shift and it was only a few min.s till I ran in. I was in the Atlanta Airport area where my cousin lived one black from airport ramp when it happened. My healthy globe trotting son is now 47 y.o. Thats why I never wanted to be far from my kids and lost opportunity to teach dance. Another time I had a vision on my windshield of a hand bleeding with a lion ring on it. My cousin witnessed this one. As usual got real sick at my stomach before the vision. When cousin saw his hand she freaked. He had been robbed and his hand injured this was 1975.
I had a dream about a plane crash just before I was told that a cousin of mine had been in one. It was quite detailed, but so symbolic it was of no use in finding him. I have chalked it up to ESP and superstrings.
This is a really strange memory. I was very young - probably about 5 or 6... maybe a little older. One night I needed to go into my parents bedroom for something. I don't remember what but I needed it. The room was very dark... I guess the overhead light had burned out. So I knew I had to walk to the nightstand to turn on the light. For some reason I was filled with dread at the thought of going into that room. This wasn't normal. I wasn't generally afraid of the dark. This time, something was different. I could barely move. But I had to go in there. So I forced myself to start creeping towards the nightstand. By the time I went to turn on the light, I had the feeling something was right behind me. I couldn't even breathe. I remember being terrified. When the light came on, very slowly I turned, and I swear that as sure as I'm here today, I saw the chair from the other side of the room, right behind me; like it was after me! I remember looking right at it, not more than five feet away. I was completely freaked out because this was not possible. It was sitting where I had just walked! I closed my eyes and turned away for a moment; opened my eyes, turned around again, and the chair was back on the other side of the room where it should have been. I just ran out of there. In my late teens, for a number of years I had a recurring nightmare of being attacked by a chair. It wasn't the same kind of chair as the one in my parent's room, but it was one of those incredibly intense dreams that seemed real, even after waking up. I would see that it had moved when I wasn't looking. It got closer and closer until I actually saw it moving and coming for me. Then I woke up. WTF? I have no idea.
Around the same time, there was a boy a few years older than me, who lived next door. I was the little kid but we were buddies. One night his parents had left him home alone for a time. That was common back then and it wasn't unusual for him. Just about dark he came banging on our door. He was completely freaked out and swore his piano started playing by itself. He wanted to stay at our house until his parents got home. Fast forward 15 years. My best friend and his girlfriend live in the same house. She swore they had a ghost. She even claimed to have seen a manifestation one day.
