    Really?

So we see that is not true

    see above post.

    Yes do.

Yes it is amazing how you can keep the violence in certain areas. That is done by allowing certain activities to go on in those areas.

What music and actions of mine would that be?

Oh I agree, but notice who is it that is putting this type of music on the streets? Last I checked black rappers don't own Sony, Arista, etc.

How did rap evolve into the violent, money, jewelry wearing trend it is in today? There are black rappers who say that the big money companies don't want the positive rap, they want the violent rap music. Why is that?

    Lol...figures...

Patrolling high crime areas more than low crime areas... is a "problem".

Is your other ID "Al Sharpton" ? "Eric Holder" ?

Please pay attention. If you're patrolling high crime areas only, you're creating a disparity in crime resolution as it pertains to use/distribution of illegal narcotics. If the goal is to penalize use, only using high-crime regions is a selective enforcement method that targets a select group. That is the problem.

Would "flawed" make you feel better?

Not sure why it's so black & white with you; no pun intended. I support a holistic approach to drug penalization, and let's not pretend that there aren't instances of "out in the open" drug transactions & use in areas not considered high in violent crime. Dorm room dealing is very visible, and also very under-charged.

Or possibly that more whites can afford drugs without resorting to crime. The unemployment rate in the black community is much higher. The sociological conditions and perceptions are also different. That, of course, does not mean there isn't a difference in the Justice System.
