A is the worst group. C I would say has the better submarines, because of Sea Wolf and Virginia. The Astute class is the best overall submarine in the world. Sea Wolf was ment to go about killing Soviet submarines, where as Virginia is ment to attack land targets and gather intel, the Astute is ment to do both.
