One thing seems to be certain among OWS supporters and that is complete ignorance of both OWS and the Tea Party.

Note to Occupy Wall Street: Rape, riots, murder, arson, pushing old ladies down the stairs, lice, and crapping in public don’t poll well

Sexual Assaults Reported in 'Occupy' Camps

I think someone has a little idealism stuck in their eyes.

Did you even read your own articles? Of course not, or you would of realized everything wrong with them. Did you just search google, see a misleading article title, and post it here?

The first one was insanely biased. Just way out of control, and it had no information or references. It was just some guy being sarcastic about OWS, and was obvioussly conservative. Your biased and opinionated article has no basis. The second one was extremely stupid. The Rapist wasn't in OWS, and this relates nothing to the premise. You just showed me an article about a rape case in Zucotti Park. Seriously? The third article was the worst. The man commited suicide, and the article itself spoke positivly of OWS.

Those were the worst sources I have read yet. Hooray for you!!!! :clapping:

Yes indeed these links are useless.

Simply answer the question. Give me the names of the culprits and proof of their crime.. Even if you did that, it doesn't mean that's represents the whole movement. I mean I could find you some cops that kill people... So you'd generalize cops the same?

Crimes occur daily in cities. No doubt they wouldn't stop during a protest. I want the evidence of tying them as direct to the OWS movement as claimed. As far as I know, they managed single digit convictions out of thousands of arrests, the worst charges being trespassing or trumped up "disorderly conduct" (police wild-card).

Serious allegations are being made, so name some culprits with evidence.

The only defense I got out of him was that a crime was commited at a OWS camp. Wow! Anyways, the OWS movement is slowly dying do to relentless police brutality. Are these people the killers he makes them out to be?

Police brutality would accelerate the OWS movement, not slow it. It's slowly dying because people have short attention spans.

While there were obviously some genuinely committed protesters, a whole chunk of them were pretentious college students trying to look hipster. Now that those protesters have gone back to their snapbacks and fixies all that's left are the people who are actually committed to the cause.

I went with both groups are hurting America even though I like a lot of the Tea Party's 'slash and burn' fiscal policy, and some of OWS's social policy.

The difference between you and I is memory and what happened at the time. I gave you a sample of something you never saw with the Tea Party but then, when you are convinced that facts are not true, then you have to live with your own fantasies. That is the definition of a true believer.

Your partially right. OWS still has a lot of media attention, if not a little masked by the Tea Party. I'm mostly agreeing with the hippie thing though. Many do not take the movement seriously.

Facts? That's a laugh. Did you not hear me? The sources were incidents that happened near a protest, not illegal acts committed by OWS members. You gave me a rape case where two OWS members are raped, and you try to pass it off as OWS bashing?

Like Sun Fun said, your making serious accusations, and its about time you start backing them up with actual facts. None of those sources had anything to do with your resolution.

Well you made several errors right off the bat.

The tea party may have been a reform party at first but has been hi jacked by the GOP. OWS on the hand was never a party for reform or anything else. OWS was nothing more than a loose gathering of various left wing individuals being manipulated by labor unions and other lefties. They had no coherent agenda objective or even idealology.

In addition the tea partiers may be considered fring or extermists by some but to their credit they behaved very well. None can cite any evidence of criminal activity at their gatherings. Some of the leading members of course have been caught commiting crimes and being corrupt but that is normal in any party.

OWS won the other hand was known for drug abuse on the street and sexual assault/rape at it's protests.

You sound exactly like the other guy, not being able to connect OWS with actual organized crime. Calling my opinion factually flawed, and then backing your assertion with several opinionated points is not the way to debate. Bias in arguments does not earn you respect. As for drugs, yes they do. Because they believe drugs should be legalized,so your not so factual information has errors.

I stated facts not bias and never mentioned organized crime.

I have no doubt many memebrs of OWS support drug legalization as do I. But they had no uniform idea or goal and that is fact. Rape and sexual assault however are a differentmatter and it is documented that some such crimes were commited by memebrs and even excused by organizers. As was vandalism.

I called no opinion falwed I read no opinion of yours in the first place I was correcting errors with facts

No, what you said was indeed opinionated. The party does have a uniform idea, and that's to bring justice to bankers and lessen the deficit. So that point no longer stands.Rape and sexual assault? Like the link the other guy provided? The Zucotti park incident was not committed by OWS members, and even if it was, it has no relevance to the greater organization. I don't think you know what a fact is, and if your so sure that these opinions are facts, then back them up with some links.

My resolution still stands, and your points have fallen. How is Occupy Wall Street guilty of organized crimes. Back up your assertions. Don't just tell me they're facts. :roflol:

OWS is not a party and has no uniform idea thos ideas you describe or only what a few of the protestors wanted.
The rest wanted a million other things that no one could agree on.

OWS has no " members " it is not an organization with membership. Yes the Zucotti park incident was commited by OWS participants which is a more accurate term and it is relevant showing what sort of low life the "movement" attracts. The fact that OWS security staff addressed the Zucotti park incident proves it was a crime which was commited by OWS participants in additon the OWS security staff called for mediation between victim and attacker proving how much they respect women. In their view rape is a personal dispute not a crime.

You stated no resolution to stand and I never said anything about organized crime.

I did state facts which you hate and have to live with.

Can you point out the needle in your haystack here, please.

I tried picking one link out at random, and it was about somebody being accused of groping a photographer. I asked you to name the people guilty of rape/murder.

Who?! I've been asking for pages now, and you guys have yet to put forth a name, let alone actual evidence of guilt. Nobody ever got convicted for rape or murder at OWS, despite thousands of arrests. Who do you guys think got away with it?!!?!? Let me know, point it out, and I will be shoulder-to-shoulder with you in calling for justice!

Actually you had asked about rape and terrorism. If it's murder you want, that's a bunch of other links. If it's too difficult to go through these, why don't you pick the very first one?

Why waste our time with dozens of links? I simply asked you for name(s)... Tell me who committed murder and show your evidence.. It would be way easier than links.

the latest public protest movement is Operation American Spring in which 30 million right wingers are to demand that all politicians go home and stay out of Washington DC

here is the result of their protest:

Lessen the deficit? That's surprising. Good on them then. Although I have a feeling their justice for bankers will be misdirected. The problem with the banking system is that it's rife with collusion with government.

Again, you asked about rape and terrorism, not murder. But let's face it, I'm not jumping through hoops for you when I already surpassed your evidentiary requirements with my links. If you seriously expect me to assemble a case file for each OWS murder, that's unreasonable. The truth, as we both know, as that no matter what evidence assembled for you you will reject it since your opposition to my point was ideological, not evidence or proof. To demonstrate that, I actually provided you with proof, but woe is you, it was too much trouble to look at and now you want me to go through the same links and extract the names. If I were actually dumb enough to do that, you would then demand the current case status for each one and on and on and on.

These issues were reported during the OWS period. That period is over because college kids got bored and moved on to something else, like protesting every single graduation speaker that might speak about something outside their ideological blinders. Maybe some ad magazine will generate another college protest movement in the future but I think it's safe to say OWS is as dead as a doornail.

You made your own hoops by spamming links unrelated to my request. What I asked was easy, simply put your best example forward. Why did you include links that did not? Like a guy shooting at the White House who was never tied to OWS, never found there, and instead found in a hotel? Your links were about arrests and allegations, not including actual evidence. This is a common tactic on forums. Just spam a load of links and pretend like you're supplying loads of evidence. That's why I merely asked you for a name and crime, not links.

Unreasonable? You mean you haven't actually done this yet for any case? I'd assume you'd already have a case file. I mean, how have you determined people are guilty of the most heinous of crimes, without having even looked at any particular case in depth? A newspaper reporting this guy or that guy got arrested/accused of a crime is enough to convince you they are indeed guilty of it? I guess my evidentiary requirements do surpass yours! As do the courts! Better yet, haven't any prosecutors built any case files?

I didn't tell you an ideology, I merely asked you for evidence. Just put your best case forward. I don't think that's asking too much. Don't blame me because you can't even do that.

So you'll demand I sift through your filler links looking for what you must think is your best case, but you just cutting out your own intentional filler isn't even reasonable? You make heinous criminal allegations, I should hope you can think of a name or case off your own head.

I already know the case status for each. There are zero current OWS related criminal cases. Out of THOUSANDS of arbitrary arrests, there were a single digit amount of convictions, for petty crimes like trespassing, littering, disturbing the peace etc. NOBODY ever got charged or convicted for rape or terrorism, if they did, the court determined NOT guilty.

So I'm merely asking you for what YOU base your own guilty verdict on since you seem to know otherwise. Yet you can't even name anything. Just link spam to pretend you're offering proof when you are not.

Allegations/arrests were reported. I'm not disputing that. I'm asking you how you based your determination of guilty status, even though no courts ever did.
