Jesus is the author's character. The author of creation wrote Himself into His novel work as Himself. Jesus' character is autobiographical whereas our characters are novel. As the author of creation, God has inspired many writings over thousands of years. He has also gathered and protected those writings in the bible. He wrote Himself into His creation to talk with us face to face. He's already written the whole of creation, what was and is and is to come. What's more to write other than to write Himself into His creation, as Himself, and speak to us face to face?
