the only real message an INTELLIGENT person can take from that is that black DEA agents shouldn't be armed. but unless you gun banners want to ban federal law enforcement agents from having guns, what is your point?

"Congress just refused to ban people on the no-fly list, those strongly suspected of being terrorists, from buying guns legally in the U.S.! " Are you kidding, Gun people can go to gun shows and do nothing . Federally licensed gun sellers are required to run background checks. But not all sellers are required to be licensed. Some of those unlicensed sellers sell at gun shows. Get rid of all ways to sell guns without a background check , Change the liability laws back to what all industries in this country have to abide by other then Guns and Ammunition. That should have been done long ago. Why should they have special treatment. There is more also.

People "strongly suspected" is a not accurate and still that is not sufficient for people to lose their constitutional rights.

the federal government does not have the PROPER authority to tell private citizens-who by federal law can only act in INTRA-state commerce-what to do. gun makers do have to follow liability laws-if a gun blows up they will be liable if the user used correct ammo. What it means is that people like YOU cannot sue Bushmaster because someone killed a Bushmaster owner, and then used the gun he stole from her to shot you

They are putting Christians on that potential terrorist list. Plus none of what you said is going to address accidents.

I'm not saying there are no Christians that are terrorists, what I'm saying is they classify ALL Christians as terrorist exceeding Muslims.

So when a guy drives his Explorer into a group of pedestrians, do we get to sue Ford?

Ford makes the GT that is specifically designed to go fast. Are they liable for the guy who goes 120 mph in and 10 mph zone?

Perhaps they should be. It would be most interesting to see the lawsuit brought against them, arguing that their motor vehicles are too efficient at killing numerous innocent bystanders. It would be even more interesting if a judge felt the lawsuit had sufficient merit to go forth.
