No. I paid attention in class. It was your statement that George Zimmerman was "found innocent" that I found a bit surprising. It suggests a gross misunderstanding of the principles that the USA was founded on. It's not tyrannical to assume guilt -- many inquisitive European countries do it -- but this doesn't work well with the American adversarial model.

Anyway, I can't argue with angry ignorance so I'll cut this short.

He was found not guilty, which is completely different than being "found innocent". Do I really have to explain this?

Uh-no. Nothing "complicated". He was a STAR PROSECUTION WITNESS< who the more sentient among us knew was fullacrap when we read his report, citing Martin at LESS THAN 6' tall, for instance.

Now you're gonna pretend that the politically motivated prosecution was NOT trying torailraod Zimmerman?

Yeegads...next you'll be telling us the "arab spring" is about "democracy and freedom"...oh..wait....

Ask Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson or Eric Holder or President Obama... we'd never have heard of this if it weren't for them.

Total BULLCRAP. The CLERK in this picture is 5'10":

Der...why the examiner is IN TROUBLE....he has been proven to have LIED to try to benefit the prosecution, as the photo shows.

Pointing out your asinine attempt to pretend that the caught-lying-to-help-the-prosecution examiner is now the Fountain of Truth, is absolutely "on topic", regardless of your inability to grasp that.

You were COMPLETELY WRONG, about EVERYTHING in this case...again.

It's like your hobby, being COMPLETELY WRONG.

    Make up some more nonsense.

And now , since one is "innocent till proven guilty" , and the guilty verdict never came, what is Zimmerman besides innocent? I cant believe I have to teach you this.

He needs his head bashed in. He had no right to be within arm's reach. Martin wasn't doing anything until pig boy got in his face.

His motivations are more pure than Z boy's or MOM's. Too bad he was too dim to recognize hydrostatic shock.

No such finding as innocent. He was just not proven guilty of the crimes charged. He's still a deranged freak with a gun who seriously needs an attitude adjustment.

    It's seriously UNHEALTHY, IMO...

The accused ARE "innocent until proven guilty" ..ergo Zimmerman is INNOCENT.

Try LOGIC..but not too hard; we don't want you to hurt yourself.

Excuse me, but when did it become illegal for a kids to beat the crap out of somebody who had just given him reason to believe that he was being chased by a mugger or a boy bumper?

When did the aggressor earn the right under Florida law to use deadly force without attempting to disengage?

Oh...LOOK!!! Back to Lefty's "Boy Bumper" fantasies, too!!!

It'd be cute, if it weren't so disturbing.

It's illegal to use physical violence when you are NOT under physical attack, in EVERY STATE.

    Der...

The man was totally discredited in the trial and remains so and his termination was totally warranted.

And you are citing this guy......................amazing.

    - - - Updated - - -

Posters such as yourself might want to think twice before proclaiming people guilty before trial with no evidence to back it up and then label them murderers when they have committed no crime.

Nothing that you stated that would occur at trial to prove your assertions came to be, almost everything I said did. So why are you still pretending he committed a crime for which you still have no evidence?
