No. I paid attention in class. It was your statement that George Zimmerman was "found innocent" that I found a bit surprising. It suggests a gross misunderstanding of the principles that the USA was founded on. It's not tyrannical to assume guilt -- many inquisitive European countries do it -- but this doesn't work well with the American adversarial model.

Posters such as yourself might want to think twice before proclaiming people guilty before trial with no evidence to back it up and then label them murderers when they have committed no crime.

 

Nothing that you stated that would occur at trial to prove your assertions came to be, almost everything I said did. So why are you still pretending he committed a crime for which you still have no evidence?
