4 Witnesses Have Changed Their Stories in the Zimmerman Case.

The bottom line is that Zimmerman cannot be convicted of murder or manslaughter unless the evidence shows beyond a reasonable doubt that he did not act in self-defense.

 

Yup, and that's where his confession comes in.

Zimmerheads from the get go ... only partake and decree in Zimmermans innocence (Stand Your Ground & Self-Defense) when the fight ensued and Zimmerman pulled his weapon and shot Martin to death ... (as well as racial reasons)

What happened that led up to the shooting death doesn't really seem to matter.

They even say murder and manslaughter is not applicable because of Stand Your Ground & Self-Defense.

In law, it's always about intent ... say, when a shoplifter is busted ... the first thing the law tries to get the perp to confess too is if he came into the store to shoplift ... not if he came into the store to make a purchase then at the spur of the moment decided to steal something ... this is the difference between a misdemeanor and felony in most states ...

The truth here is, a special prosecutor was appointed because Gov. Scott, Jeb Bush even the NRA don't give a (*)(*)(*)(*) about Martin ... they care about their *shoot 'em at will* law getting repealed ...

That's probably why the Sanford cops entered into a conspiracy to cover-up the murder and let Zimmerman go home with his murder weapon ... the problem is, the cops and Zimmerman as with most criminals, made mistakes that comes back on 'em ... mainly lying and covering-up evidence ... finally culminating in a confession ?

Zimmerheads will continue to suffer at the injustice of it all ... simply because they'll latch-on-to any messiah.

 

Zimmermann is gonna walk. There is no credible evidence against him.

And while there are variations in the statutes from state to state, the legal theory is the language of reckless homicide.

You can't stalk and frighten an innocent person, shoot them and plead self defense.

The key to this case is that Trayvon didn't follow Zimmerman when he turned around and headed back to his car. That didn't happen. GZ was not returning to his car.

I dont think that will be that tough considering we only have half the evidence and no witnesses saying T was beating on Z.

1. Z lied about the initial exchange
2. Z lied about having his head bashed on concrete
3. Z lied about shooting in self defense.
4. Z lied about T trying to grab his gun.

 

sure he did...trayvon followed him and GZ was eventually forced to shoot in fear for hi life. You don't know the specifics anymore than the rest of us do but good sense would tell you AND what little we know of the cell phone call that TM made the ill conceived decision to attack.

GZ was 80 yards from his truck when he shot Trayvon. He's lying about returning to his truck.. The prosecution knows it and so does the defense.

That's what trips GZ up.. He was very determined to "get the punk".

Yep. When Martins voice changed and he said "I'm not running" he decided to go after Zimmerman. That can be argued in court as the decision to attack.

 

Trayvon didn't follow Zimmerman if Zim turned and left the alley to return to his truck 80 yards away..

That's is the lie that trips Zim up.. for obvious reasons.

Nope. The witness says that the reason Martin stopped running is because he said he was tired.
