4 Witnesses Have Changed Their Stories in the Zimmerman Case.

Only need one that saw thugvon on top of Zimmerman beating his head into the concrete to justify self defense.

 

That "one" is Witness 6 and he just changed his story.

 

Source amnesia is one of the main reasons why people are wrongly sent to jail. Which is more likely, that their memory is better two or three weeks later after they've watched television or the day of the event?

 

He says that he's not sure. But, the injuries to Zimmerman's face and head tell the rest of the story.
Self defense proved.

Sadly, people are not video cameras. Some people's memory may in fact be better after they've had time to sit quietly, calm down, and think about an event.

Eyewitnesses are often very unreliable. That said, we know that at one point Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman, are were trying here to see if Zimmerman was ever on top of Trayvon?

 

I suppose there is no harm in slinging a mop while stoned.

 

The fight itself, after it started, is just not going to weigh as much as the other evidence that points to Zimmerman being the initial aggressor. (i.e., the 911 call and witness Martin was on the phone with) which is going to be the main issue in a he said/he said case of self-defense. Some of this witness testimony basically contradicts Zimmerman's claim that he was in a "life and death" struggle and had no choice but to shoot Martin. Especially, if as Witness 6 says, Martin was only pinning him and calling for help.

 

I'm not a lawyer and I haven't seen all the evidence but past history would lead me to believe a lot of what you just said is true. Someone cannot go up to a complete stranger and provoke a fight against the advice of the police and then shoot the person in "self defense."

 

Since he has already gave a statement that he saw thugvon on top of Zimmerman beating him, if he changes his statement now that would make him an unreliable witness for either side.
In which case they would have to go with the physical evidence. Which is, injuries to Zimmerman's head and face consistent with someone beating on him and scrapes on thugvon's knuckles consistent with him beating on someone.

 

Zimmerman will have to take the stand as it gets worse and worse for him ...

 

That's bad for Zimmerman. He has the burden of proof under Self-Defense.

Martin had no abrasions on his knuckles. In fact, Martin had no Zimmerman DNA under his fingernails either so there goes the head bashing theory.

 

Or, maybe witnesses are now being paid off or influenced to look the other way? Hey, threats are a great thing. I'd change my story too if I receive a phone call from some people telling me to keep my mouth shut. Its not worth my safety. Think about it. They're trying to avoid another race riot and 1 man could be worth all the potential deaths that will occur when the mobs start pulling innocent people out of cars like in LA. Blame the media and particular famous individuals for this entire cluster. If they kept their yaps shut when they had no clue about the details and didn't incite violence and lies, we wouldn't even have to worry about any backlash.

It will come down to physical evidence and it all points in one direction. The 911 call doesn't prove Z had any intent at all to shoot anyone. But bruises, blood splatters and any witnesses left who say Trayvon was on top of Z at any moment, seals the deal. Following someone in your own neighborhood is NOT a crime. Asking someone questions is NOT a crime. Saying someone is suspicious looking is NOT a crime. Punching someone is. If Z's intent was to shoot T, then he wouldn't have let T get anywhere close to him and he certainly wouldn't have called 911 before he did it.

Not as much as O'Mara will shred the last person to talk to Trayvon on the phone. I seriously can't wait for that.

 

Zimm's only hope is to win the pre-trial immunity hearing. If he has to plead common law defense at trial, he's already lost.
