My answer was many; it can be locally just within Noah's land which is the Mesopotamia, or whole world that is why it stated 40 days. There were many other races in other parts of the world because they all descendant from Adam and Eve.
It was you guys who kept insisting that the whole world population did not die from any sort of flood contradicting science that clearly show that weather conditions in many parts of the world such as in the Pacific are very harsh, and I explain that after 40 days God decided not to destroy humans no matter how evil they are and those are the survivors the survivors that you insist are none sense.

See, I have answer all your questions you just don't like them because my answers is not about denying God.
The Exodus is disputed by none Biblical scholars, Biblical scholars have work hand in hand with science in tracing the roots of the Jews and the history of Israel to the Exodus.

Evolution was discuss widely it took up almost an entire part III. I insist humans evolve from man created by God. My opponent insist humans evolve from apes.

Did God take over their bodies, and force their hands to write down the words that he wanted? That wouldn't be very respectful of free will. If the authors of the bible had free will, then it doesn't matter how much God inspired them - they still might have chosen to get it wrong. For all you know, the Bible was written entirely by people who intentionally chose to write down lies, despite being divinely inspired.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Bible does not give us exact details of how God spoke authoritatively through the human authors of Scripture, it does tell us that the words of Scripture originated with God and were communicated to humankind in order to produce the resultant Word of God.

First, God originated the message. He then communicated it to those whom He wanted it proclaimed. All of this was eventually committed to writing. However it is the writings, not the writers, which the Bible puts the emphasis upon.

Exactly how all this occurred is not stated. Scripture says that the ultimate source was God the Holy Spirit who moved the writers in such a way to say what was needed to be said.

Although the writers were in control of their senses, God spoke His Word through them in such a way as to bring about His authoritative word. In a number of places Scripture records the Spirit of God has come upon people. This demonstrates that God's Spirit has come upon people in the past to accomplish His purpose.

Were there no babies during the Flood? No children?

Enjoy? I don't know. He certainly was glad to get rid of us since He... "regretted that he had made human beings on the earth."

And yet, for the vast majority of our existence he didn't even make himself known!

That is a positive claim. Prove that there was no creator.

Except you aren't just quoting scripture. You'll also interpreting scripture, and even if the scripture is ultimately true, and even if you think the interpretations are obvious, you're still a simple, flawed human. Given how often humans screw up, isn't it more likely than not that you have some parts of it wrong?
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Perhaps but nevertheless through the Bible, God makes the message clear that He loves us and has a plan to save us from the destructive power of sin.

So how do you know the entire bible is the inpired word of God.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Bible does not teach that we are by chance, or that morals and values are up to each individual. God's Word is consistent and does not teach compromise, or that we go through life doing things that just make us feel good.

The Bible itself makes claim to being the inspired Word of God, "All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness." (2 Timothy 3:16 NAS).

The Bible claims to be without error, authoritative, sufficient to meet all of our spiritual needs and it does not defend itself. It merely states truth asking us to examine ourselves with its message.

And so inspiration tells us that God is the author of the Bible, using writers to communicate to us.

We can also know the Bible is the inspired Word of God because of messianic prophecies foretelling Jesus Christ hundreds of years prior, telling of His virgin birth and how He would be rejected.

Wrong! Your use of the word "was" indicates that you have special knowledge of a time past. Which makes your claim a positive claim.

Are you claiming morals can be that "subjective"?
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is the Christian view of morals.

There can only be objective moral values with God.

When we state that objective moral values exist, what we mean is that there are moral values that govern all humans, regardless of whether or not those humans want those values to govern them, like those values, or accept those values.

If moral values were the result of popular vote, then they would only govern humans because humans had decided to allow them to govern them. Then moral values would not be objective, but rather, subjective.

However, moral values are not subjective in this sense, in the sense that they are the complete invention of the minds of those they govern. If they were subjective in this sense, Hitler's Germany would be no less moral than any other society, and this is not the case.

Thus, moral values are not subjective in this sense. Instead, they are objective in the sense that they govern all humans, at all times, regardless of those individuals' approvals.

If God did not exist, there would not only be no concept of "ought", there would also be no one around to conceptualize it.

Since there is a God, there is a Higher Moral Authority, and therefore there are things we "ought" to do. One of the first and foremost of these things is that we ought to obey our God.

Thus, moral values that govern humans stem from the existence of, and perfect qualities of, our Creator, who is an eternally objective reality. They do not come from the whimsical fancies of a transient consciousness.

So, no, moral values are certainly not subjective.

Then your former statement was a lie if you are now saying that you have no special knowledge of the past. In other words, you don't know, never knew, and cannot know that "there was no creator".

Ah, and here in lies the folly. Here is my counter-point: Temujin, aka Genghis Khan. Killed 30,000,000-60,000,000 people. Regarded as one of the greatest conquerors of all time. Depicted as a hero. How do we explain that since he caused so much terror, death, and rape (Emphasis for the sheer amount of rape done by Genghis himself)?

    "Those were different times."

The Roman Empire, another case in point. "A model empire". It is literally looked upon through the eyes of romanticism by almost everybody. Yet, they had slavery. They killed mercilessly and slaughtered millions. Morality changes. The Old Testament refers kindly to slavery, conquest, and pillaging.

A fairly wide consensus agrees that the NASB is probably the most accurate to the oldest texts we have available, though it is far from the most readable.
The NRSV is probably the best blend of literal accuracy and readability and is far and away the most used version for critical scholarly study.

When the critic says there's no Creator (God) he's basing this on his own insight, and unless he has insight into 100% of all knowledge he can never be sure he's right.

Where did the writer get the story in Genesis chapter 1? Was the writer present during the creation or did he just concoct it from his imagination?

The "writer" that I was speaking to was Gabriel. It was Gabriel who stated that there was no creator. Now whether or not "the writer" was "present during the creation" or whether "the writer" "just concoct it from his imagination" is unknown to me. "The writer" to which I posed a question did not mention 'Genesis chapter 1'.

You just can't get away from this topic,. Yes there were babies and children killed during the flood.

God was not glad, God did the tough decisions to stop evilness from corrupting the earth that include babies and children being use as sacrifice to pagan gods, babies and children being train to become brutal soldiers to continue the evilness of the adults.

    God's heart was deeply trouble;

    Genesis 6:

1 When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them,
2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose.
3 Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with[a] humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”

4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.

5 The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time.
6 The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled.

God has reveal Himself many times through the great prophets and finally He himself became human as Jesus Christ,
St. Thomas known as the doubter after personally seeing and touching Jesus Christ he kneel and said " My Lord and My God" and from that day on Thomas was no longer a doubter he became a total change man no longer afraid, no longer in hiding, he and all of the Apostles step out and started to preach the words of Jesus Christ they gave up everything including their lives for God.

Christianity is all about spiritual vocation unfortunately many Christians have made it a career.
