You come to every thread with the same level of arrogant self righteousness. ..and don't talk to white Americans about racism and history without looking at your own country's murderous history towards blacks, whites, Indians, Native Americans, Chinese ..I've been to the UK and there are plenty of "hoods' and "ghettos" over there as well. Why are blacks living in the "hood" over there in the land of perfection? Why do blacks in the UK have a higher violent crime rate than whites?

Should we always be focused back in history over 150 years, when hundreds of thousands of White Americans fought other White Americans to free Blacks in this country? Should our examination of this history also include the sad ubiquity of Black African tribes selling captives from other Black African tribes into slavery? Yes, this is "what was"... but the American Civil War ENDED in 1865. Did Black Africans ever stop forcing other Blacks into slavery? Don't be too sure about that!

Another bald example of "blame the victim". If Blacks didn't "have such an appalling history of violent and murderous racism" against White people, nobody would be fearful or anxious about going into any 'hood in any city. After about 1975, how often does a Black man have anything to worry about when going through a White neighborhood? Now, after about 1975, how often does a White man have to be afraid for his life when going through a Black neighborhood? You can confront the simple truth, or, you can go on bull****ing yourselves into thinking that this whole miserable thing is entirely the fault of White people....

I have been discriminated against because I was the better student, yet the scholarship or limited slots for a college within the university, was filled by an underqualified applicant based on nothing more than he was black, and I was white.

7 of us were competing for one civil service job. I myself scored 100% on everything, the second highest score. Second only because the winner was scored at 110% with an actual score of 91% due to affirmative action.

Well since I don't live in Africa and I am not an African citizen and I have never served in a African countries service I can't hold Africa accountable for what they may have or may not have done. With that said I do live in America were I am an American citizen, pay taxes, and served in America's Armed Forces. Therefore it gives me a right to have a say so on what happens to me in America.

BTW folks like you would be raising hell if Pres. Obama announced today that he was sending American forces to Africa to stop slavery.

Black folks have a far less violent and murderous history that whites do in America. Newsflash for you folks that only watch the news and have never been in the so-called "Hood". White folks are in the "hood" everyday and guess what they don't get killed either.

well, that's ok... because your great (x's 3) grandfather may have owned a slave 150 years before you were born. and even if he didn't, it's ok, because your great (x's 3) grandfather didn't bought a cotton shirt made off of slave labor.

 

How do you know it was because of someone black. How do you know that the underqualified white applicant didn't get the job over you. How do you know it wasn't the white kid that had the bad grades that got the scholarship over you. Why do you have to assume it was the black person. Also what I have always found to be amazing is since interviews, grades, qualifications, etc. is confidential information how do you know your grades were better than the black person's grades, how do you know you were more qualified than the black applicant that was applying for the job?

So it is just the uneducated black folks who are discriminated against.

Well if you can't see the difference in some cases I don't know what to tell you, good thing most white folks don't think as you do.

Get off the compound and come to the real world, if that BS you are pedaling were true there would be no black folks living in poverty, the ghetto, etc.

 

For me, my only real complaint is that the last people that it's OK to mock in popular culture is the White Male. They're universally portrayed in comedies as stupid, clueless, uncool, and in need of rescue. You couldn't do that with anybody else. You couldn't make a comedy or a funny ad even if the butt of the joke was a black guy or a gay guy or a woman. Homer Simpson as a black, a gay or a woman is bigotry, but since he's a white guy, it's OK to make him an idiot. It's OK to make him violently angry for no reason. It's OK that you have him constantly outsmarted by grade school children.

The other thing I've noticed, and it isn't just blacks, but minorities in general, is that they can get away with things that no white guy could ever get away with. In fact, there are a few cases I know of (and these were FWIW, mostly immigrants) where the people knew that, they knew to go straight to managers with "they don't like me because I am immigrant" anytime someone had a complaint about the quality or quantity of their work. The rest of us figured out pretty darn quick that we didn't want to be the ones reporting these kinds of people, because if it came down to it, it's less of a legal risk to get rid of the people complaining about the immigrant than to get rid of a poor performing immigrant. So they can do whatever they please, and the rest pick up the slack left behind when the protected people don't do much work.

 

George Zimmerman wasn't 'white' but the left was bent on charging him with murder just because his victim was black. If George had also been black then it never would have made it past the local news, and Al Sharpton never would have been there clamoring for the trial in the first place.

 

You want to use historical examples when it suits your purpose. You want to completely ignore Africa as the source from which all the Black slaves came, and, the fact (FACT) that the vast majority of enslaved Black people were made so by other Blacks, who sold them to Whites as slaves.

Want to give me examples of crimes by Whites against Blacks? I can give you at least an equal number of crimes by Blacks against Whites --

from the past three months:

Black "youth" in Georgia murders a toddler in his crib while trying to rob his mother... Black youths in Oklahoma murder a White Australian athlete because they were "bored"... Black Youths in Washington State murder an 89-year old World War II veteran... Black burglar murders a White Army Sergeant and his wife. This beast murdered the husband and then waited for his wife to come home, and then he murdered her, too....

See? We can go on like this for hours and hours. You've got "Whitey on the run", and you've had Whitey on a big "guilt trip" for over 40 years because of history -- most of which occurred before any of us was even born! Think: how many people alive today have ever owned slaves?! How many of our parents, or grandparents, or great grandparents owned slaves? In my case? Zero... and that's probably true for the vast majority of other White Americans, too.

But beware! You are 12.6% of the population but you commit 38.3% of all violent crimes in the United States (FBI stats). Think! The Germans didn't start out being Nazis! But after they were subjected to having their lives in constant lawless upheaval because of criminals and thugs, the Germans demanded Recht und Gezetz (Law and Order). It was horrible, but this, you may believe, is NOT bull****. The same thing could happen here if this provocation continues....

 

The reason Sharpton got involved was because of the name Zimmerman. He thought he was dealing with a Jew, and by the time he found out he wasn't it was too late.

Just supposition of course, but given Sharpton's history with the Jews and his antisemitism, it makes sense.
