I condemn isis for killing civilians which they likely have, its part of the scare tactic used in wars, america uses it too on a larger scale, its nothing knew.

Chroma keying is a very simple editing technique and it is near impossible to tell if an image or motion has been super imposed. isis could have even edited themselves to strike fear.
