They are not entitled to evidence in an on going investigation. The video was of another crime, and they requested to see it before it went public.

The robbery is a closed case. Just because it relates to this incident, makes no matter. They have released the report of the robbery as CLOSED due to the demise of Michael Brown. They are not pursing charges again Dorian Johnson.

You should really pay closer attention to the case if you want to debate it.

Stepping back? What are you talking about, he was being rushed at full speed over a very short distance with his back to the SUV. He had NO obligation to flee or try to get out of the way of this guy intent on forcibly knocking him down and getting his weapon. He had no obligation to allow him to even get close. And you assume he knew if ANY of the shots had hit him already, sorry it's not like the movies where they throw up their arms and twist around before they fall.

The threat of a unarmed dude shot 4 times in the arm has been significantly diminished. How about running back 20 yards ?

The initial evidence was coming from a friend and fellow criminal with Brown who also was being told to walk on the pavement when the killing took place.

Hardly a good witness, and certainly a criminal who had every reason to blame the cop.

 

Were you there? did you see the giant boy rush the officer? I have seen 3 eyewitness state the giant boy turned around and raised his hands. Wilson proceeded to shoot him dead. I have heard 0 witness verify your version of events. If anyone can show me a witness that states thye giant boy was bullrushing the officer, I would like to see it. Another poster sent a link to a woman who was giving Wilson's version of events. When asked by Anderson Cooper where she got her info she sain "from wisons better half". HEARSAY expecially you. You shoulds have some reason for stating what you say. You act like it is fact, show me your proof.

I have hurt my own arm and that alone completely incapacitates ones ability. Being shot 4 times ??? You watch too many Rambo movies.

In the real world civilians (regardless of size) are incapacitated after being shot in the arm 4 times.

Its like "Look at the one armed dude running after the cop" Defending oneself against such an unarmed civilian is as simple as running back.

These same 3 witnesses claim he was shot in the back.......their accounts are not verifiable at this juncture.

 

The cop said he heard of the robbery on the radio after he first confronted these two guys.
So, he got out of the car to see what they were carrying,... cigars, no doubt that had been stolen.

This attempt to avoid investigation was the motive for Brown's opposition.

You should really wait for the toxicology report before passing judgment here.

So the autopsy revealed Brown very well may have had his hands up. When will we find out how far away Brown was from the officer at the time of the shooting?

The one witness stated he was running away when a shot was fired and the giant boy seemed to jerk(as if shot) and then turned around with arms raised, the officer then proceded to shoot until he went down. She did not say he was shot in the back. My Question to you remains. HAVE YOU SEEN A WITNESS STATE THEY SAW THE GIANT BOY BULLRUSAH THE OFFICER? If not, you should quit stating it as fact.

 

AND, earlier the Chief of Police stated that the officer was unaware of the robbery at the time of the incident. One or the other is not being trurhful
