What you did just now was lie. You think calling out Palin for the idiot she is makes one a misogynist. Guess what? You can call a woman an idiot and not be misogynistic. And my 'denier' quip was in response to you saying this to me.......This is what is known as "piling on". When one liberal makes a misogynistic statement, another one has to pile on with another misogynistic statement to defend it. Practice what you preach in the future.

In what world are you not able to criticize a woman?

And now an ad hominem attack calling me a liar. How does my statement make ME a "denier"? How am I not practicing what I am preaching? Why are you making it personal? Stick to the facts and the evidence, not the poster.

When did I say you can't criticize women? This strawman has been used several times in this thread unsuccessfully. I am keen to pick up on it right away.

You can criticize women, but when you portray them as stupid because they don't agree with you politically, when you call them bimbos, or they are a clown, or have nothing between their ears, or that they should be bent over and raped, these kind of ad hominem attack on females are stereotypical and misogynistic.

    1. So why is Jeb Bush "Establishment" for supporting a pathway to citizenship....but Scott Walker is NOT "Establishment" for supporting a pathway to citizenship.

    2. Palin uses her physical features and "flirty-ness" as part of her schtick. Ask 90% of her male fans to list her "best qualities"....and it ALWAYS includes her "good looks". That's because they are sexually attracted to her.....otherwise she'd just be Ted Cruz in a tight blouse and mini-skirt.

BTW, there is a level of self-delusion on the Right that follows....

if a person believes that Sean Hannity is a "brilliant political analyst"....

if they believe that Rush Limbaugh is a "paragon of traditional values and traditional marriage"....

and if they believe Sarah Palin when she says she's "seriously thinking about running for President"?....

    that person is a fool.

I asked based on what you wrote. Why is Jeb Bush "Establishment" for supporting "amnesty", but Scott Walker is not? What IS your definition of "Establishment"? Any issue???

    1. True or false, do male fans of Palin's remark on her "good looks"?

    2. Yes, it IS repetitive. :)

No, people who believe her when she says she is thinking about running for President are fools....because this will be the SECOND time she has claimed that (last time was 2011-2012)...and the SECOND time she will NOT run and thus show her "serious consideration" is just more of her disenenguousness.

If you HONESTLY believe Sarah Palin will run for President in 2016..........bet me. How about $1000 in a PayPal account?

Or better.....if Palin does NOT run in as a candidate in the 2016 Republican Presidential Primaries? If by the final Primary, Tuesday June 28th, 2016 in Utah, she is not an official candidate on the Primary ballot?................you don't post, at all, or under any account, on Political Forum until January 1st, 2017?

However if she does run, as soon as she officially enters (not just "considers") the Primaries......I WILL cease posting here until 1/01/2017. Iowa Caucus has her name on the ballot.....you don't see me here at PF for almost a year?

Do we...uh...have a bet??? Or not so much? :)

Then why did he press for less spending than Congress authorized?

No just reading what you are projecting here.

And yet you can't even begin to offer your explanation of why they would, and 'settled' OK are you on record that it is settled and she will be the next President?

Because she has no competition and better known that most of the Republican candidates? As I said I'd be worrying if I were you.

They have what at least 15 possible candidates and you're saying they are at a loss to find someone while the Democrats can't seem to find anyone except Hillary? Now THAT'S RICH.

Whose asking you too. I'm asking your opinion about the electorate, those who support her which you seem to be one. But like her cannot clearly and concisely explain WHY she should be elected, the reasons she would make a great President and her history to back it up.

Believe me I am not surprised.

That she is favored at this point is not in dispute, why do you keep harping on that specious point. It is WHY?

Clearly either you just choose to be obtuse or you can't answer, I've tried hard enough but as I said not unexpected.

    Thanks for playing.

Since 2008, every male fan of Palin when asked about her "qualities" or even if they're not asked....mentions her looks. Which is very telling. Some don't even deny it.

But it also poses a problem for Ms. Palin....while senior women certainly can be attractive, the average Fox News fan rarely sees them. For a reason. Gretchen Carlson (barely middle-aged) gets replaced by a "younger model" Elizabeth Hasselbeck. Megyn Kelly bumps Hannity...which bumps Greta. Roger Ailes knows his audience. Look at the line-up of female hosts and commentators on Fox.....less Palin and Ann Coulter, rare if not impossible to find one over 50. Over 60?....zip.

And as I said, without her "sex appeal"....Palin is nothing but a less-adept Ted Cruz in drag.

BTW, Mark Levin on Sarah Palin's speech- "Now who can argue with that? Not only was it authentic frontier gibberish....it expressed a courage little seen in this day and age!"

    :)

At least shewould and would not make a fool of herself ala Obama. And I have no reason to believe they would take her any less serious than they do Obama. And of course how did all those meeting Hillary had with heads of state work out for us? That reset thing with Russia work out good?

    1. "May run" is not "running"....a difference you seem to not realize...but I'll bet Governor Palin does..

    2. You're on. If Palin doesn't run for the 2016 GOP Presidential Nomination....officially.....you don't post here for five years. No posts until January 1st, 2020.

If she DOES run for the 2016 GOP Nomination for President...officially....I'll stop posting the night after she's in the first Primary debates with Jeb, Cruz, Rand, and the rest...and not post until January 1st, 2020.

    Bet?

I know Palin much better than you do...or pretend to. She won't run because...she can't risk losing the Nomination and thus losing her claim to popularity that she and guys like you make.

She won't risk it.....just like I'm sure you won't risk making our bet. Will you?

Carlson is STILL quite attractive and got promotion to her won show, what is the negative you are trying to assert here?

Yes the 6 oclock hard news broadcast was redundant so they created another slot for a commentary show, what is your point?

He knows broadcasting and the news business and recognizes talent.

Well since women, thanks in part to Fox, are now taken more seriously than the were they are mostly just starting to reach those ages, And all the women on Fox whom you have mentioned are highly qualified a capable and do fantastic jobs. So what exactly upsets you that they are attractive too? Is there some requirement they not be attractive or some quota of "ugly" that has to be met?
    Hmmm complimenting her now?

Yes as I said he pressed for lower spending than Congress authorized, his budget submissions were always lower than what congress authorized and Congress refused to pass all the recessions he submitted. So he DID what he said, but then there is that thing called the congress who actually control the budget and the purse strings.

But do tell me did you vote for Republicans to help support that lower spending he was requesting? Did you support the government shutdowns blamed on the Republicans when they were fighting for lower spending? The sequester and austerity?

Suppose "President Jeb Bush" ran on "cutting spending"....submitted budgets for lower spending he KNEW would die in a Congress, where Dems had taken back the Senate.....

then signed off on spending bills that increased spending......would he get a "pass" on "Well, he tried, really, really, really hard"?

    - - - Updated - - -

    So we have a bet?

Palin ONCE AGAIN "demures" and fails to live up to her HINTS of running for the GOP Presidential Nomination in 2016......and you leave PF for five years?

She officially puts her name on the 2016 GOP Primary ballot in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Florida.....I'll leave PF for five years?

Or..........................is it possible you think The Glacier Goddess....might be fooling you....again?

I "Liked" this post, not because I don't think she is unqualified, but because the American media will never allow it to happen.

    That's the reality.

And if the GOP can ever find someone the electorate prefers - for all the reasons the electorate forms its preferences - she will then no longer be the favourite to be the next president.

It's a long way off, but if and until they find that mysterious someone, it certainly looks as if she will be elected.

The fact that you don't have a point to your post is telling. Simply claim we are in "bizarro land". Typical.

Are there any policies that Palin spoke of that you take issue with or did you not bother to watch the video?

Most low info voters will not watch the video, then claim they did, and then critique her performance.

    Here's an example:

Didn't she cite a reason for resigning as the Govenor of Alaska as she was too distracted by all the negitive National attention it brought the office? (Paraphrasing)

If I am correct then this will be a obstacle to her Presidental bid as the POTUS is a magnet for negitive attention this could work against her.
