Because the RUBE GOY US Taxpayer is paying for it ....................................................................."Excellent Job !" .
a cheap frecken drone goes what 60mph tops say, wow impressive , sounds like someone testing the the response time of Israel defences
I doubt the radar system could pick up something as small as a $200 drone. If this happened at all, it surely would have been a drone similar in size to our own military drones.
The US taxpayer paid a lot of money to give that baseball bat to Israel but they used it to know down a cheap drone. Joe Taxpayer is stupid.
A drone is not just a cheap drone if it is spotting you for artillery strikes. The price of not shooting it down may be considerably higher than the price of doing so. I don't think too many days go by in a row in which someone doesn't fire artillery off at Israel.
The neoZionists aren't paying for the missiles. The US taxpayer is paying for their missiles. Besides- the Golan is Syrian territory. The Israelis commit an illegal act every time they enter it. Their squats , military or militia, are condemned by international law.
"The U.S.-Israel relationship has traditionally been defined in terms of a moral obligation, shared cultural and political values, and common strategic interests. Since the end of the Cold War, however, the two governments have preferred not to publicly discuss the details of their security relationship, while other types of crucial cooperation have gone unrecognized by the media and other observers, making it easier for critics to portray Israel as a liability rather than an asset. In this report, Michael Eisenstadt and David Pollock highlight the numerous, often-ignored benefits of the special bilateral relationship. In the hard security realm, Israel remains an important partner in dealing with evolving terrorist and military threats as well as preserving the competitiveness of the U.S. defense-industrial base through joint development efforts and cutting-edge technology. Just as important, Israel has facilitated U.S. efforts to deal with emerging soft security challenges related to economic competitiveness, the information technology revolution, resource sustainability, and public health" http://www.washingtoninstitute.org/...states-benefits-from-its-alliance-with-israel Give it up, moon. you can't fool anyone
I doubt you know the full details of what happened, or what the drone was being used for. If it was spotting targets for mortars then you don't really have a case here.
And then the sun came up and I was awake again... It belongs to Israel because they say it does. Only your actions can prove different at this point. Proof is not measured in empty words no matter how many of them you apply. And yes the US taxpayer is paying for those missiles. Make a better one and people may actually be willing to buy them from you. I don't think a single Patriot has been sold. This may be it's first enemy shoot down.
Drones are small and move quickly but still need to sit still to target an object for artillery. Quite why you'd use a couple of million dollar missile is less than economic unless the missile was a free gift from idiot American taxpayers.
