You can find that story anywhere. When you guys don't like the story and it runs counter to your agenda you always mock the source. The National Inquirer broke the Monica Lewinsky story. You don't own a bridge anywhere outside of your dentures so quit lying. This lady doesn't claim to be a statue - again - quit lying.

Yes its science but there is a difference between hard science and soft science.

You are discussing the social sciences which are not the same as verifiable hard sciences like biology or chemistry.

Hard science is. Soft sciences are programs made up by universities.

Economics, politics, psychology...they are all guesses, you can have two people coming to two different conclusions on one problem.

In the hard sciences you don't get that because its all well defined.

Do me a favor, find that story in two other legitimate news websites. For every one you find that's legit, I'll give you a big 'thank you'.

X, Y, XXYY, XXY are all possible.
Along with intersexed individuals - I didn’t think it was that high either but according to several publications it is somewhere in the realm of 1.7%

You can call yourself whatever you want, but science determines your gender?
Who could soundly disagree with that?

Difference is, the law requires your to specify your gender from time to time.

Bruce Jenner is still a dude no matter how big he grows his tits or changes his voice.

Science dictates that his will doesn't.

    Indeed.
If someone runs a blind sample of his blood, it will come back as "male" every time.

Ok, and your point is what exactly?
I understand not wanting men in women’s sports, they have an unfair advantage.
I understand not wanting pre-op men in women’s bathrooms (kinda - I don’t understand sex segregated bathrooms but whatever)

But I do not understand why it is so upsetting to some of you to refer to someone as their chosen pronoun. It doesn’t harm you in the slightest and makes their day a little less miserable. Is it just to be as big of a bastard as possible?

No, my “blather” about intersex is because these are the people that will be legitimately impacted by “there are only two genders or sexes”.
    1) gender is defined by society
    2) there are three sexes and six karyotypes
The six biological karyotype sexes that do not result in death to the fetus are:
    • X – Roughly 1 in 2,000 to 1 in 5,000 people (Turner’s )
    • XX – Most common form of female
    • XXY – Roughly 1 in 500 to 1 in 1,000 people (Klinefelter)
    • XY – Most common form of male
    • XYY – Roughly 1 out of 1,000 people
    • XXXY – Roughly 1 in 18,000 to 1 in 50,000 births

You are touching on a very deep subject for many of us.

Are you sure you want to go there?

It's against the law in California. If you are a man and present as a man and I call you ma'am, there is no law against that. And I'm not in any way obliged to join them in their delusion or lighten their depression any more than they're obliged to celebrate my being straight. Got it?

    https://www.newsmax.com/thewire/california-gender-pronoun-law/2017/10/11/id/818973/

California’s new gender pronoun provision makes you a criminal and can get you jailed if you don’t refer to gays and transsexuals by their preferences, Fox News reported, with some conservatives calling the legislation "alarming."

What is against the law in California?
What is there no law against?

What does the part you bolded have to do with any of that?
