Mueller complained that Barr’s letter did not capture ‘context’ of Trump probe

Nobody misunderstood the question. The left just didnt like the answer. The Dem congress needs to make sure they ask the question they want. It was a simple question, and a simple answer.

I suspect the Dems want to move the goalpost since all their other hoaxes have failed and the evidence is starting to come to light about how corrupt the obama DOJ and Clinton campaign really was. The desperation is glaring

No he answered the questioned asked, honestly. There is actual video of this, this is what is truly sad about how desperate the left is with this new claim and how sa it is folks like yourself continue to follow the same lies form the people that promised you a conspiracy.

- I saw the video and read the Crist question and Barr response in print.
- "I don't know" is a lie if Barr understood the question, because he did know that Mueller had sent him a letter (plus a call) mentioning some issues with the Barr 4 pager.

No, he didn't. He answered it and explained it perfectly. You are misunderstood or are completely misconstruing what the AG said.

You may speak English but that does not mean you have a level of understanding when it comes to complex tasks of explanations that are longer than "yes" or "no".

That is not Bill Barr's fault at all. He was intelligent, direct, concise and explained complex questions that were designed to trick him into false testimony with ease. He is smarter than Nadler and speaks the truth.

Those was no misunderstanding. The question asked was correctly answered. The issue came when the letter came to light and the Dems thought there was a gotcha moment, but the question asked wasn’t the one they apparently really wanted.

 

I'm surprised you don't think we should have elected Obama but we certainly need to fight foreign interference with election. I think we should go back to paper ballots.

Barr's answer was perfect for the eventual follow-up question (that wasn't yet asked)..

Barr answered the question he heard in his mind, not the question that was asked...

Sort of too bad, but accuracy matters when you are in front of Congress... He seems to have no problem having people re-ask their questions... he should have done so here...

Were the REPORTS that the Office of the SC had any issues with the Barr 4 page summary accurate?

THAT'S ALL THE QUESTION WAS!!! WERE......REPORTS...... ACCURATE - Confirm or deny the REPORTS.

- Not whether it was Mueller personally or people on his team.

- Not what specific issues Mueller or people on his team might have had with the summary.

The answer is Yes, those reports were accurate and were most likely referencing a letter Bob Mueller sent to the AG office on 3/27.

 

I'm just mostly disappointed with the lack of basic understanding of the English language on an English language website.

Barr has an excuse... he was trying to parse a long question live and in front of the TV cameras and he just did a poor job.

His answer was he had no idea what they were referencing since they were unnamed people asserting them, but assumed it was because it was because not enough was in his summary.
