Whites OBJECTIVELY Have Less Rights than Minorities

I taught in inner-city Brooklyn New York my entire career and life was hard for those people because people saw them with the same contempt you see them. You don’t realize but you are dehumanizing them and stereotyping them which makes it even harder for them to succeed

As an equalitarian and civil rights activist I believe opportunities should be based on merit and race and gender should not even matter.

Martin Luther King JR dreamed of a day when people would be judged based on the content of their character and not the color of their skin however Affirmative Action judges people based on the color of their skin.

Therefore you disagree with MLK JR and instead believe people should be judged based on the color of their skin and not the content of their character.

Abstract
Using rich data linking federal cases from arrest through sentencing, we assess the contribution of prosecutors' initial charging decisions to large observed black-white disparities in sentence length. Pre-charge characteristics, including arrest offense and criminal history, can explain about 80% of these disparities, but substantial gaps remain across the distribution. On average, blacks receive almost 10% longer sentences than comparable whites arrested for the same crimes. At least half this gap can be explained by initial charging choices, particularly the filing of charges carrying mandatory minimum sentences. Prosecutors are, ceteris paribus, almost twice as likely to file such charges against blacks.

 

Sentencing someone for something they might do because of their race and /or gender violates the 14th amendment

However, white males are the only race and gender combination exempt from constitutional protections

 

I lived in a neighborhood with two welfare apartment buildings for a total of 16 units. All tenants were black, and the only males were children of the welfare mothers. The 1st and 15th of every month was called mother's day, and those broads sure did know how to party. It didn't really end until around 3am, but that was the golden hour because they would be selling foodstamps for 50% or less off.

 

Step one..dehumanize so you can spew bigotry. Most of those “broads” as you respectfully call women, work damn hard.I guess you think living on welfare give you big bucks.

I have to laugh that you Are a civil rights activists. You don’t really expect me to believe that. There is something called leveling the playing field a d any civil rights activist knows about it. When women and blacks have been denied equal opportunities for hundreds of years,It is a way of helping them catch up. When you have been privileged for hundreds of years building up networking systems etc. those who didn’t have those opportunities never built up the systems. I agree with Martin Luther King and hopefully one day people will be judged on the content of their character and that will be when these old white guys die off and those neo-Nazis get put in their place , the thousands and thousands of them
Meantime you act as though affirmative action means that women and minorities are somehow incompetent and are just getting something handed to them. No , white men still have opportunities but now they have to compete. Wasn’t it affirmative-action when white males didn’t have to compete with more than 50% of the population?In New York City there was a very prestigious high school called Stuyvesant high school and I watched boys who have lower average is then I did go there and I wasn’t allowed to compete. This city colleges require a Girls to have a higher average them boys. What’s in that affirmative action for males?
