Women will never be "equal". That is delusional thinking. Women on average will always be weaker, slower, less aggressive, and will have fewer idiots and fewer geniuses. This is the biology and no amount of social engineering will change that. There is a reason that men outnumber women in prison 10 to 1. There is a reason that men are 10 times more likely to die at their job than women. There is a reason that almost all significant scientific/technological breakthroughs come from men. There is a reason that most massive corporations are started via the genius of a lone male. There is a reason that no woman can compete in the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, etc.... There is a reason that the funniest comedians are overwhelmingly male. There is a reason that high achieving males all seem to have the most beautiful women on earth as companions/spouses.

Feminists generally have high intellect but are physically unattractive with no social skills to attract a high achieving male. They in general resent high status females (beautiful women) and resent men for rejecting them. The whole movement has devolved down to the resentment of petty NON-achievers wanting a free slice of pie instead of earning it like everybody else.

Your question is ridiculous. If one candidate is not accountable for the consequences of her actions, she shouldn’t get the job. But things being equal the person who is unique like perhaps being a woman or a minority offers something to the firm

Obviously you were not educated well and base it on your experiences and i imagine your lack of success on teachers I am invited to Keynote to teachers in June because too many of the best and brightest are quitting and it’s because they can make more money in private industry and they get disrespected by people like you . Your example of supply and demand is changing. You were able to pay teachers less because women didn’t have options. Now they are not going into education and many districts are paying more to attract the best teachers
You cite the example of men graduating in physics.Why do you suppose they aren’t going into education? Yes more women are elementary school teachers, so why should they not be paid well? Elementary teachers are vital for the futures. Since you’re saying it’s so easy why aren’ men flocking to such a great job where all you have to do is show up?

I am an embedded software engineer, I have met hundreds of engineers over my career and only 3 were women (and they were all ugly). This is one of the things I always hated about my field, the lack of attractive women. Over time I have come to recognize that the lack of women was probably a good thing for me as I was an utter hound in college.

My wife works only because she has to. She would prefer to stay at home with the kids. I had to harass her for years before she would go out and get a job. I kind of regret it now. I thought more money would bring more happiness but it only brought unhappiness for my wife. The ideal position is that a career would be a choice for women and that they would have the option to be a stay at home mom. Unfortunately, our addiction to materialism and the faltering compensation for even highly skilled labor is increasingly removing that option from the field.

If I had it to do all over again, I would opt for a small house and live a frugal life without television and very limited access to the internet. It is ridiculous that we live paycheck to paycheck on a 130K salary.

It is hilarious seeing feminists advocate for women to be wage slaves like men are....... real empowering that!

First off, I am your average engineer. I was a popular jock as were my brothers and my father (my Dad is in the Nebraska high school football hall of fame).

Regarding my wife, she is pretty much the only reason for my existence. If she dies, I would not want to live anymore. We have been married for 25 years and marrying her was by far the best move I ever made. She is the most courageous person and best friend I have ever met and I admire her. I fully acknowledge that she is a better person than me. She lost half her tongue and most of her hearing due to cancer and chemo/radiation over a hellish 3 year span. She could only eat through a tube for a year after that and can only eat a fraction of normal food now. She was disfigured pretty badly from the operations and she is chronically thin due to her inability to eat normally. She has nearly died two times from pneumonia due to her weakened immune system. I have saved her life on two occasions when she choked on her food and was unable to breathe. From these two incidents I have become quite nervous about her eating when I am not around.

You don't have a clue how I feel about women and especially women I care deeply for. I know how my wife feels about me because she shows me by her words and her actions and it is utterly sublime.
