    This is confusing, you say Obama was a president you liked but you also say you dislike the fact that a president uses their power for their own gain. Are you intentionally contradicting yourself?

    Interesting: Per the OP:

    President Donald Trump’s golf courses in Ireland and Scotland have been losing money, and it appears Trump has been using government funds to prop up these properties by forcing military members and government officials to stay at his properties. This is highly unusual for the members of the military, who typically stay and refuel at military bases

    How is this not about golf? lol

    The man likes to play golf. The Secret Service are sworn to protect him. The cost of a trip to play golf is not multi millions, it's $20.25 for a round of golf.

    This stopover does not involve the president playing golf.

    It is about military forces being diverted to prop up a failing airport that a trump property depends on for survival that is out of the way and costs more for both taxpayers and our service members.

    The Holiday Inn on the northwestern outskirts of Peoria will cost you more than that. The Trump accommodations happened to be the least cost in Scotland near the airfield.

    I know a lady that works in the travel section at Keesler AFB. They have to choose the least cost accommodations that are nearby, for officers and enlisted both.` But neither get subjected to the really cheap roach infested motels with bedbugs.

    The issue is diverting air traffic — which coincided with trumps inauguration — to a smaller commercial airport away from the usual military airports, at increased costs.

    Well that’s a complete lie, Premier Inn 2 miles from the airport is £64 so at the current exchange rate around $80

    To be clear the Trump Turnberry hotel is 23 miles away, it may be true and this was the only hotel available but if not stupid lies are stupid lies. But something smells fishy, if there was no availability then this was a look of planning surely?
