Yes, the division of powers is tricky bu so far Trump doesn't appear to have done anything seriously wrong, though there are many complaints about his bombastic attitude, tweets, etc.

Will the electorate go with Trump or with Adam Schiff and his constant demands for impeachment. I believe the electorate will stuck with Trump, if only because there is really no viable alternative,

 

It began with his phoney four-page Mueller report summary and has continued with his working with Giuliani on pressuring foreign leaders.

 

He solicited a foreign leader to help him damage a U.S. political opponent. Even the attempt is a felony.

That’s election interference at the minimum, potentially collusion.
If military aid was even implied in that conversation or by previous communications it becomes bribery. Since then we are sure he has committed obstruction and depending how you view it conspiracy.

And what did he say? He said that Barr's summary was correct.

 

He said Barr left out important information.

 

So important that he agreed that Barr's assessment was correct.

He attempted to find out if there was any truth to the rumors he heard about corruption involving American citizens. not a felony unless you know for a fact that his intent was to damage Biden for the 2020 election

Barr said Trump was exonerated when in fact Mueller said he was not.

Mueller wrote in his conclusion to Part 2 of his report:

"Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President's conduct. The evidence we obtained about the President's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."​

 

They could have censured him.

 

They would rather jettison the US Constitution then carry out their oath of office. Sad.

 

Trump was pressing Zelensky to announce the Ukraine is investigating Biden. That's what he wanted--an "investigation" he could use to smear Biden. Trump wanted to make sure the investigation was announced.
