I sort of found out that Governor Cuomo may have done more that what he's accused of and if that's true and I don't know if they can impeach him on such an offense or recall him. Whatever the case, I know it doesn't look and I probably won't be surprised if he's kicked out for good.

N.Y. State Assembly authorizes inquiry of sex harassment allegations against Gov. Cuomo, a potential first step toward impeachment

    There are three investigations now.......

There is a culture of " fight back" that can work against one if not handled effectively and wisely. Cuomo seems to be of that mindset......and not sure it is doing him any favors. If he dose not want to resign......then why not take a leave of absence and see how all this plays out. Ego, pride and stubbornness......are character flaws ;-)

Cuomo will be out as New York's Governor sooner than we think. If there will be anymore that come and accuse Cuomo, Well then He'll be in league with Charlie Rose and Matt Lauer and perhaps Al Franken. Then there's Jim Bakker and Jimmy Swaggart who were guilty. It keeps coming and coming and coming.

I suppose the reson Cuomo won't resign so he thinks he can get a fair trial. Would that be the right thing to do? Can you have a recall of a Governor in New York State?
    What would be the reason?

Nothing is going to change with the Governor on New York. Cuomo isn't going to resign no matter what anyone says. He's still claims innocent and means it. even though the accusers claim he will be found guilty. All in all, It remains to be seen.

It will be hard to change his mind. But would there be those that could change his mind for him? There could be a recall for Governor in New York like they did in Californa years ago. It can happen can it?

Because his fellow Democrats are piling on him, unlike the GOP who ignore completely very similar conduct by two of their own Reps. Cawthorn and Jackson.

How much pressure will it take for Governor Cuomo to break? Or should I say how pressure can Cuomo take before being forced to resign? If anyone can find an answer.

He said he won't give in to "cancel culture". Nobody knows except him what the breaking point will be or even if there is a breaking point.

There is that possibility that Cuome could be recalled and he would be the third in U.S. History. Only two governors have ever been successfully recalled. In 1921, Governor Lynn Frazier of North Dakota was recalled during a dispute about state-owned industries. In 2003, Governor Gray Davis of California was recalled over the state budget. Andrew Cuomo could be recalled for sexual harassment. Would that be a possibility?

It doesn't appear so. According to this...
This looks like a grassroots effort but I doubt it can go anywhere given the above.

I'll go out on a limb and predict that he will be impeached by the Assembly and resign before being convicted by the state senate. All this by May 1. CNN has a pretty good précis:

"Provision shall be made by law for the removal for misconduct or malversation in office of all officers, except judicial, whose powers and duties are not local or legislative and who shall be elected at general elections, and also for supplying vacancies created by such removal," the Constitution reads.
If the Assembly votes to impeach, Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul, a Democrat from Buffalo, becomes governor, stripping Cuomo of his decision-making abilities. Cuomo would then go to a trial, held by the New York Senate, which would be made up of the senators and the judges of the court of appeals, according the state Constitution. Hochul would not be part of the trial, the Constitution says. Cuomo would need to be found guilty by two-thirds of the state Senate. Democrats hold 43 of the 63 seats in the legislative chamber. If convicted, the punishment would be removal from office, the Constitution states.

Malversation: corrupt behavior in a position of trust, especially in public office.
"ineptitude and malversation were major factors in the trouncing of the group's candidates"

There are more accusers and New York congress and senators that are Democrats are trying to get Cuomo to resign, But Cuomo steadfastly refuses. Cuomo steadfast denies any wrongdoing whatsoever. This is going to be interesting what happens from here.

    Why, Trump didn't?

It's the new normal. He should stay and really annoy a lot of people for several years.

It's kind of hypocritical to suggest that he shouldn't.

It's the same thing. Cuomo should stay in the job just like Trump did.

I like to see some consistency in modern politics.
