Well, as much as I adopt the policy of 'waiting for the facts', I did see the Floyd video and I was pretty quick to make a judgement about the cop. It did appear to me that the cop killed him in a most horrifying way. I think that it justifiably made national headlines, however, that doesn't mean that it was covered in a fair way - it wasn't. And even right wing outlets were condemning the cop. I also think that it should have made national headlines if the person who died was white, but of course, you and I know perfectly well that it wouldn't have. Anyway, as it turned out, the autopsy told a very different story, showing that he had enough fentanyl in his system to kill a horse. I understand that the trial is underway, but I've heard nothing about it. It seems that there's a good chance that he will be found innocent, after a DISGRACEFUL over-charge by a radial left wing attorney general who just wants to cover his own ass by making it so that upon a 'not guilty' verdict, he can simply say that he went for the highest charge, but that there's nothing that he could have done because the system is racist! What a piece of crap Ellison is.
