I meant ANYONE would be banned from performing an abortion. It's just that doctors are generally who perform them today. I already discussed that a woman wouldn't have the sufficient mens rea. But this is usually the point at which you ungracefully pull out of the debate!
Yes, you would PREFER, but does that mean you think that it should be illegal outside of those circumstances? Abortion should be illegal unless it is to save a woman's life or in cases of rape.
Just to show how utterly ridiculous your position is. You actually believe that banning tattoo parlours would be taking away people's right to their body!
No , that's where I try in vain to explain facts to you....why you think all women who want an abortion don't know they are getting an abortion is a mystery

I assume that you stand by your position, that banning tattoo parlours would be taking away people's right to their body.
Still your opinion that the law is just. If it was the law that gay people received the death penalty for being gay, I somehow don't think that you would say the law was just and use accept the legal argument of, killing gay people for being gay is okay because it's the law!
They know that they are getting an abortion, but they don't know that what is being killed is a life which is equal to a born life, given that sane women don't kill their BORN kids. And if abortion was banned, it would be saying that an unborn life is equal to a born life, despite how unimaginable that concept is to you.
As has been pointed out many times, you have ZERO basis for this absolute nonsense! You have just made it up out of thin air!
I meant ANYONE would be banned from performing an abortion. It's just that doctors are generally who perform them today. Yes, it WOULD certainly deprive them of it, but you think that this means that it would be removing people's right to their body? Come on now!
If they were banned out of pure whim , superstittion and other traditionalist dogma it would be very bad and something that would limit people's right to their body as those who wish to get a tattoo would not be allowed to live their life the way they wish to live it. Getting a tattoo is not harming anyone else, is it? I am personally not a fan of tattoos, but if you want one, it is none of my problem. Then what on Earth are you being a tool about then?
Do you also think that people should be allowed to stab themselves to try to commit suicide? Is it your problem if someone murders another person? I don't see how it relates to this GARBAGE: "As has been pointed out many times already, most anti-abortionists' opposition to abortion is based on their Christian faith's contempt for personal (sexual) pleasure. It is - for some reason - especially problematic if a woman is having a good time with her body and enjoying herself."
Yes, I am even for assisted suicide. However, most of the time, suicides are committed for irrational reasons and are thus immoral. But, this is a completely different topic that deserves a thread of its own. I am not going to elaborate on it here. It could be. You just said you agreed with it and now you are calling it garbage again.
FoxHastings There aren't any other kind of person.""" Chris155au: In your opinion.""" FoxHastings: No, in fact and law....there is no "person" before birth."" OMGAWD, just OMGAWD..... what TF was that all about?? I state that one has to be born to be a person and this poster is going into ""killing gays for being gay"......?????????? Some spooky music needed here
FoxHastings said: ↑ No , that's where I try in vain to explain facts to you....why you think all women who want an abortion don't know they are getting an abortion is a mystery YOU have NO idea what they know. IF you do explain how? Are you a god? Are you a mind reader? No, it isn't. If abortion is banned those who believe there is nothing wrong with it will still most likely believe there is nothing wrong with it....
Should people have the right to decorate their body with make up, haircuts and/or body art? How would banning such things not remove the right to their body? Maybe you need to define "right to your body".
As usual, you have no point and HAD to avoid that "Feared and Avoided Question For Anti-Choicers"": Why an exception in cases of rape?
