Well no, but the post I responded too said Kentaji was the least qualified nominee in their memory. I was just pointing out the least qualified nominee in my memory is Harriet Miers. While she didn't even make it to confirmation hearings as you pointed out. She was still officially nominated.

I once had a GPS system suddenly decide i was 100 yards out in a field to the left instead of the road, and told to turn right to get back on the road. Fortunately, I was confident that I was on the road and that the GPS had become lost, thus I didn't do so. I'm trying to figure out how you got off the road here, because it seems you took a turn off the track. How did you come up with it being a racial inferiority question?

Because Truths whole argument was that she wasn’t being treated as a woman as a result of the color of her skin. So…. Was Truth a woman? Which goes to my point that this question is way more complicated than it initially looks.

Can some be trans racial? I would imagine gender is more specifically defined than race because many people are multi racial. I’m part Italian which means I probably have a drop or two of African blood in me. It’s more factual that I can claim to be black than it is for a man to claim he’s a woman. The upside is if everyone identifies as white or black there’s no more racism.

Feelings are just that, feelings. You can never, ever prove a woman is anything else but a woman, when she’s dead an autopsy will prove that. Autopsies don’t take feelings into account.

And does this have anything to do with the question asked of Ketanji?

Yeah. People can be trans racial because it’s more complicated than it initially seems.

And I don’t think “feelings” are irrelevant and no one denies that. Are you your political ideology despite the fact you can’t prove you are whatever you happen to believe ideologically?

I'm 1/16th Cherokee- and not too sure about the rest, other than English and French in there somewhere. But that would mean I'm closer to being a descendant of Indian that many of our black are descendants of slaves. Thus (a) I deserve compensation for the brutality my people suffered. At least, the 1/16th part. (b) I had nothing to do with slavery, which ended before my family migrated to the US.

While my precise heritage may be questionable- my gender is not; never has been. My belief is that only an extremely small number of people have ever been born with questionable gender- but a lot of people have allowed themselves to think fantasizing is reality; all you have to do is put on the hat and you change identities. Therein lies the real issue here; does your mind have the authority to determine your gender at will? Daily? ...
It does not, but that doesn't prevent someone thinking so. That means it's not really a gender question- but one of mental aberration.

And (c) Is this the best we can do? Surely, we all know better than to accept a lot of the hogwash that seems to be controlling many minds right now. We know that you can't reduce racism with more racism, but you can resurrect it. We all know it's fundamentally wrong to allow a man to declare himself a woman to participate in women's sports, or vice versa. WHY are we tolerating this? IF we want our society to be a good place to raise our children- we need to get a grip on things and keep them in the correct perspective

The senator who asked the question? Got upset over the answer. Don’t like the answer? Don’t ask the question.

It's not complicated. It really isn't. The only people making it complicated are those more focused on wokeness and emotions than logic.

    Here. Ready?

A female is a person who has an XX sexual chromosome instead of the XY, which would be a male.

That is not complicated. That doesn't take a degree in biology at a progressive University. It is literally like 5th grade science.

    This madness needs to stop.

More worried about the radicalized progressive lefts inability to maneuver elementary science in regard to their political platforms...

But you go on deflecting what can only be identified as complete and utter stupidity.

God, I really do hope Democrats stop following progressives off this cliff.

The fact that we HAVE to ask such ridiculously easy questions to nominations to the Supreme Court is the true travesty and was reinforced by her inability to provide a simple answer.

I love that progressives are finally showing America how backwards they are.

You don't think there is a likely possibility of the courts hearing cases related to transgenderism? Really. It's HIGHLY relevant, but it's very telling some don't want it out in the open.

Senator Blackburn got the answer she deserved. What was she expecting Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to say?
The Republican Senators have sunk to a new low of racist sentiment during this hearing. It's so ugly.
Graham, Cruz, Hawley, Cotton. Blackburn. Watching all of them gave me the same feeling I get after accidently stepping in dog poop.
Judge Brown Jackson IS going to be CONFIRMED. It's just a shame she has to answer questions from these sorry Senators first.

Asking a nominee to define 5th grade science questions is a "gotcha"?

It's only unfair to progressives because it showcases how oit of touch they are on very basic facts.

The question did exactly what it was supposed to do.

She is going to be ruling on whether or not a boy in a skirt can join your daughter in the bathroom.

What the hell are you even talking about? The topic is what is a woman and you go off into some racial tangent.

Can you please point out the part in his post where he said that? Because I read his post and I did not see that. Is it maybe in very small type that's between a couple lines or something?

Or is it made entirely out of straw?

If Senator Blackburn had asked me what a woman is I would have replied, "A woman is a human who has a vagina, a uterus and fallopian tubes."
That would have been the perfect answer to her idiotic question.

Well then she would be called a bigot who discriminates against transgender..... "Women"....

That's why she wasn't willing to give the obvious answer because she's not allowed to by her party's ideology

It's as though you people have completely forgotten about the shameless debacle that Brett kavanaugh was put through.

My how short the memories are around here.
