    A militia in good working order. In order to have one, the people have the right to keep and bear arms and it shall not, not should, shall, be infringed.

    Who is in the militia? Why most all of us are! Possibly you too! And if you truly believe in equal rights, then the women are included as well.

    So how do you feel knowing you are part of the militia?

    a)
    The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.

    (b)The classes of the militia are—

    (1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
    (2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

    So you either are now, or were a part of the militia. I’m about to age out, but I still have my rights and get to keep them! You do too, provided you aren’t a prohibited person.(Technically I am a prohibited person. Why? Weed. I smoke weed).

    So clearly, by that definition, only (b)(1) are the well regulated/organized part of the militia that should be allowed to arm. Of which I am not a member...

    Glad we can put that nonsense to bed...

    How far back did you just move that goalpost? My militia unit doesn't include German made binos....

    I'll have to remember that Cornell link when making my 2nd amendment arguments... it's way better than anything I'd come up with...

    There are no police regulations that specify that they must put their lives at risk to protect anyone.

    Considering that they have before them people who are completely crazy and armed to the teeth, they are afraid to intervene.

    This is quite normal.

    I don't excuse them, I understand them.

    There are fathers and mothers among them, they often have families.

    I am convinced that they are not interested in ending up with a bullet in the head from a troubled 18 year old.

    In what way?

    As I have said many times, to justify the appalling record of mass shooting in the US, one must add the statistics of third world countries.

    Let's stay in the West.

    Unless you consider the US to be as underdeveloped as Mexico and El Salvador.

    No nation in the West has a worse record than the US.

    Period.

    At the title of this panel is correct. For the Free People of the United States, the right to keep and carry firearms is a recognized inherent human right listed in our constitution.

    You claim you want to keep firearms out of the hands of criminals, and, Stop and Frisk effectively reduced violent crime rates, but, you still haven't answered if you support Stop and Frisk so that Law Enforcement Officers can disarm illegally armed felons.

    Do you actually support disarming felons, or not?
