They don't have freedom. And the state of the country shows that. Countries with freedom - actual freedom - become advanced and get ahead. Those that rule by oppression, sink behind.

Russia is a **** hole. A repressive and corrupt **** hole. It's going to stay a shithole until it learns the value of democracy.

I'm guessing alot of the anti russian "Americans" here are German heritage, given their undying support for the neo Nazi Azov battalion.

German americans is one of the most common ethnic groups in America.

 

There's very few German Americans anymore. Or any other European country Americans anymore.

Most of us are 3rd, 4th, 5th generations in USA, those Nationalities we came from are long forgotten.

There are 40 million Americans of German ancestry in America. German-american makes up 16% of American demographic (the largest single group) according to census.

Is it any wonder that self proclaimed Neo Nazi regiments in Ukraine have support from white America? Not at all. Now, I'm not categorising Germans as pro neo Nazis, far from it. I'm declaring that German - Americans are. After all, America took in all of the Nazi engineers after the war who were the pioneers in the manufacture of nuclear weapons. America has a very strong link to Nazi Germany. Hitler himself stated in mein kampf that USA and their slave codes was his inspiration.

If you're looking for where evil resides, you need look no further than USA, the home of the most wicked state sanctioned racism ever conceived to this day and that includes apartheid SA and all of their attrocities, which comes in second.

I'm merely looking for reasons why "Americans" here are hardcore Ukraine fanboys. The fact that most white Americans have German ancestry might help explain why they support self proclaimed Neo Nazi militias in the Ukraine. Also if you take into account USA had barbaric race laws until fairly recently then we can safely assume that the two idealogies align somewhat.

Put it this way, I'm getting almost zero feedback from American posters here that this isn't the case. They all adopt hard-line support for neo Nazis in the Ukraine, most notably Azov whom are iconic white supremacists that has a devoted following in America.
