The quality of service at the Disney parks in Florida has gone down big time. The lines are endless and the costs to go there are very high. Add to that the requirements to have reservations just to get in, and one could say “The magic is gone.”

My wife was once a huge Disney fan. We had annual passes for well over a decade. Finally in sort of farewell tour we paid close to $2,000 to have a personal guided of the attractions we wanted to see. Yes, we were one of those “bastards” who got to jump the lines. It was interesting to see, and the innovative magic of the new attractions is still there, but is it worth waiting from one to four + hours to enjoy something for 10 minutes? I don’t think so.

Part of the problem is that Disney has become “too successful.” But the other side is that their “imagineers” have lost the ability to devise attractions that can handle large numbers of people well. Their queuing theory calculations are badly flawed from what they were years ago.

As for the sexual preference part, I don’t care, but for those parents who don’t want their young children exposed to that, I see their point. Disney seems bent on sticking in gratuitous gay scenes into many of their entertainment products, and after a while it gets trite and tiresome.

 

Still queer and trans characters and moments into the stories as much as they can without putting people off.

 

How the hell can you even remotely state that with a straight face.

Not grooming K-3rd graders is not a difficult to understand policy for a normal person. Just teach them academics allow them to enjoy being children.

 

Gun violence, IE: violence caused by someone using a gun outside of self defense against another person....is already banned. It is, and has been for centuries, illegal to use a gun against another human.

Bullying is also against school rules. And there are laws against physical bullying also. Verbally abusing children is also against the law.

And there is a difference between relating everything with sex, and everything being related to sex. "that's what she said" is relating with sex. Not to sex. Numbers are not related to sex at all. But you can relate numbers with sex "69". Just because everything can be related with sex, doesn't mean everything is related to sex. Do you see the difference? If not, then that may be why you think that law can be applied selectively in classic bigoted fashion.
