BE PROUD TO BELIEVE IN GOD, AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG, TO ADMIT THAT PUBLICLY. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFEENCE BETWEEN SAYING THAT YOU BELIEVE IN GOD, AND GOD BLESS, AND THEN FORCING IT DOWN EVERYONE'S THROATS LIKE THE LIBERAL MEDIA DOES, AND THEIR POLITICIANS, with their socialist Agenda, THEN THEY TURN AROUND AND SAY THAT WE DO IT. With or without God, the equation remains the same, since God was invented by humans. So it's always just been humans, but now the veil has been removed. If we as humans can come up with the morality that we invented and then attributed to God, we don't actually need God in the first place.

Your last sentence is misinformation. The founders, well, Thomas Jefferson specifically, didn't want one main state religion deciding all things religious like the Anglican Church did during the Pilgrims and puritans...That's what Jefferson meant by separation of church and state.

That the separation of church and state interpretation means a gov't devoid of religion is just a culmination of an atheists' wet dream...Wasn't Jefferson's dream.

The founders did not want religion and government mixed together, they weren't against having agnostic opening and closing prayers and the like but, would have never stood for anything approaching a State religion.
