    A nest? Lol

Finally! You admit that you are like the poster above who has totally misinterpreted our second amendment for their own gun banning agenda, and thinly veiled as "gun control".

You are closing your eyes to facts

Here is a statistic that is absolutely horrible and has absolutely nothing to do with gang member killings

The Supreme Court said nothing about a "NEST" of "2A fundamentalists".

Lucky and friend(s), please take your angst and concern up with them, our SC.
    Maybe they'll listen. ;)

District of Columbia v. Heller | Summary, Ruling, & Facts | Britannica

"District of Columbia v. Heller, case in which the U.S. Supreme Court on June 26, 2008, held (5–4) that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual right to possess firearms independent of service in a state militia and to use firearms for traditionally lawful purposes, including self-defense within the home. It was the first Supreme Court case to explore the meaning of the Second Amendment since United States v. Miller (1939)."

It was you who erroneously said because of injustice due to racism made Blacks act out violently with guns. Btw, what color were/are the racists, Lucky1knows?

when you can start guaranteeing every time a home is invaded or a store is beset with Robbers, a policeman will appear immediately, then your point might have some merit. Since that won't happen, it doesnt' and never will

It's a waste of time arguing crime statistics with a gun banner who only pretends crime control-rather than a political agenda, motivates his anti gun arguments

Your anti-legal and law-abiding gun owners talking points are noted and dismissed.
Legal law-abiding gun owners, and the SC Justices who protect their rights, are not a "nest of 2A fundamentalists."

You make this easy knocking down your pile of straw. :)

If you think that, then realize that this is supposed to be a debate board so debate the issue. Give links and data that support your side. Words do not decide debates, facts and data does.

After all, we do know that a lot of people believe believe things blindly and that they can never be convinced otherwise. This is supposed to be a debate, no? Or is this a place of worship where we are supposed to have faith in what we are told by others?

I always give credit when someone proves a point and you did. Nonetheless, the fact remains that in smaller countries that have drug businesses and cartels, the deaths per 100,000 is higher than in the U.S.. We do not have have that problem to the degree that those nations have and worse, those nations have NO CONTROL over the drug business. Here we have some control.

That is the difference. I did notice that the links I gave it was mentioned that the U.S. has the highest number of gun ownership and gun deaths in populations of over 10 million people. As such, we cannot compare with those countries that are not developed like here.

So then, law abiding gun owners aren't a 2nd amendment fundamentalist nest?

You might want to practice what you preach, my Lucky1knows friend.

    New truer words!

From the very first post, you've pretty much nailed it. Afterall, the O/P, Lucky1knows finally agreed with another and reduced us to no more than "an echo chamber", "a nest of 2A fundamentalists".

You're the one asking people to have faith that the United States has the most gun deaths out of every country on the entire planet.

So how about you start by proving that? You've only been asked several times now and we all know why you, won't because you can't.

we see the hate and vitriol they lob at pro gun activists and advocates, but not violent criminals. And note that invariably, anti gun posters are leftists. Not all liberals are gun banners, but almost every gun banner is leftwing. And they see gun control as a weapon to attack people for various "impure beliefs"

    1) oppose abortion
    2) don't buy into guys competing against women in athletics
    3) don't support the LBQT complete agenda
    4) dont'support reparations, affirmative racism or racial quotas

among other things. As I have noted,National Review wrote a well argued article that demonstrated that leftist groups that saw conservative Christian middle class white males as their "enemy" invariably supported gun control

The VPC is among the most disgustingly dishonest propaganda purveyors in the USA.

As far as the anti-gunners go they might as well be the voice of God raining down to Moses on top of the mountain.

Their mendacity is massive. First we had Josh Sugarmann (who used to run a far left disinformation center called the "new right watch"-an attempt to out Morris Dees, Morris Dees in causing blacks and Jews to think everyone was out to get them) and then Josh was fired from the Brady Bunch for admitting that the real goal of the crowd was gun banning. So he wrote a paper telling the MSM to deliberately depict semi auto rifles as machine guns and to use movies such as Scarface and Rambo to get the low wattage members of the public to think AR 15s fire 2000 rounds in a minute. Then, when the Clinton gun ban passed, and makers downsized guns to be more compatible with the 10 round limit (such as the Glock 26) he called them "Pocket rockets" and whined about the makers creating more easily concealed "tools of death". Then his chief flunky, Tom Diaz, started claiming any centerfire rifle with a scope (ie your most common varmint and deer rifle set up) were sniper rifles that assassins favored. The bottom line is that the VPC is a disgusting collection of professional liars and nothing they publish should ever been given the benefit of any doubt

No, "Says an inhabitant of the anti-gun echo chamber choir." would be more "calling the kettle black" rather than irony which is "the expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite".
    More evidence of your wit.

You know even Tuckums can be right occasionally

So, you disagree with the source,(despite the fact they they have backed it with research) fine, what then are your suggestions to reign in the horrendous amount of gun violence in America

When you consider that the country has at least 320 million people and over 400 million guns our rates of gun violence are not that high.

You stand far more of a chance being killed or injured by some reckless idiot driving down the road on a cell phone.

    Fine

What is your solution? How can America reduce the firearm mortality and morbidity?
