I understand that in some states life without parole is not adhered to. LWOP has to mean an absolute like without parole sentencing otherwise it is a joke. A criminal sentenced as a LWOP inmate should not even have the right to apply for a parole. Our dominant laws and sentencing has become so watered down and made so. ” liberal” that we fail to punish criminals. There are advocates for no bail needed for criminals. The no bail advocates claim that the poor dears are too poor to afford bail. We arrest them record them and let them go. Here is the deal the average Joe does not have a good idea what the CIA or FBI does they are too far removed from what those agencies do but they sure as hell know what the police do, be it good or bad. When BLM goofballs started chanting defund the police it was so basically such a dangerous idea because it impacts people where they live, work, shop, go to school, church, etc.

Perhaps the misunderstanding is your lack of knowledge of the incident then. This child predator decided to start being called by a female name after the arrest and was caught on video saying it was all a ruse after pleading guilty. According to the DA's policies, this 27-year-old was being incarcerated in a facility for juvenile girls. The lead prosecutor found these videos and wanted to inform the judge of this information. Still, the DA's office refused to allow the judge to hear the evidence and preferred keeping this adult child predator in a juvenile facility for girls. You claim the prosecutor isn't the judge. Of course the prosecutor isn't the judge. But, it's their job to inform the court that a child predator is trying to use the system to get incarcerated with juvenile girls. Do you have any idea how common rape is in prisons? DA Gascon also has a long history of retaliatory behavior against the attorneys in the office and has over a dozen lawsuits that are being paid out now. They just had to pay out $1.5M to one individual. This is what you're supporting. If you didn't know all this before your posts, you do now. It's disgusting to support this, in my opinion. There's no justification for it.

Why do you think the fake transvestite wants to be held in a facility with just under aged girls instead of in a men's prison? This is the norm for sex offenders to lie and pretend they suddenly are transvestites. In male prisons they are the lowest of the low but if they can get into a female space or even better a girls space then they are the biggest and strongest predator and those poor women and girls are locked in a cage with them.

Democrats are knowingly letting women and girls get raped because of their evil reality denying delusions. That is a human rights violation of I ever heard on and Democrat politicians need to be in jail for life for these crimes.
